It’s slow but you really get a panoramic view of the bay and adjoining areas of Yokohama. 900 yen and worth the price

There are Gururimori and the big ferris wheel.
Gururimori is for kids 3~15 years old, costs 500yen every play. You go to a maze and solve questions and get a card and battle against an enemy. It's so fantastic for kids.
The big ferris wheel,Cosmo clock, is for everyone. You can see the sea, all Minatomirai and small people.

Conveniently located next to Yokohama World Porter, Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu, Cup Noodle Museum, and Queen's Square Yokohama in the Minato Mirai area. The ferris wheel is definitely something you should ride and get a rewarding view of Yokohama. I rode the wheel once when I was a kid and came nearly 30 years afterward with my gf.

Cosmo World is a nice amusement park with the kiddie rides on the mainland and the adult rides on the man-made island. The kids would surely have a blast because there is also a village made specifically for them. You have to cross the bridge to get to the adult section of Cosmo World. We tried the log ride and the coaster which dives into a pool of water, looks are deceiving. While on "Vanish", the diving coaster, I discovered that I was claustrophobic. As soon as the metal shoulder bars came down I was locked in a position where I couldn't move. The fact that there was very little leg room aggravated my phobia. This feeling of not being able to move did a number on me. My gf and I both agreed that the foam around the head bar did not help. There is a lot of head banging throughout the ride. We did not have time to get on the iconic ferris wheel as we had to catch the Access Narita Bus into Narita Airport.

Just gonna give this one a 5 stars because I successfully propose to my girlfriend here, I'll visit this place again and again. It's a very relaxing theme park, not overcrowded.

We really enjoyed the view from the ferris wheel in the evening. So many lights and the bay of Yokohama.

If you do not have kids, do not waste your time. Nothing else to say. Go for Disney, this is just a local small park with silly stuff for kids.

It's a good place to hang around. Try ferries wheel and if you can roller coaster. Rest of the attractions are sheer waste of money.
But nothing like walking from China town through yamashita park in the cold evening. Simply awesome. Stop at red brick warehouse and click few pics in background light. Don't miss it.
Pls check out the bus timing from red brick warehouse, else walk from cosmo world to train station which is some 15 mins walk

Lines are a lot shorter when paid for individually, rather than the US standard of paying park admission. We experienced Vanish! (the pink coaster that dives into a tunnel in the water), the beautiful ferris wheel (which offers some fantastic views of Yokohama Bay), a 3-D laser shooting ride, and the log ride. Enjoyed it immensely.

Hello, we would like to try the Diving roller coaster. Is it possible to do a half-day visit to the park? We are coming from Tokyo. Thank you!

Hello,
Sorry, i only just saw this!
Yes, you can even go there just to ride the coaster and leave! The theme park charges per ride, not per entry :) i believe it was about 1000 yen person.
Hope this helps :)
Are they open on Thrusday Dec 17 2015?
