There are many Toshogu shrines in Japan dedicated to Tokugawa ieyasu, this one is not so famous, but the gate is beautifully done and worth a visit in the center of the city.

This is a shrine close to Mito Station North exit. Lots of people visit this shrine everyday. There is the main shrine and a smaller one too. Worth a visit if you are in Mito. You have to pass by this place on the way...More
