It takes about 20 min driving from otaru canal & lots of road tunnels.but a bit dissapointed coz i thoughT it has a place to drink n rest.just a good spot to take pic

Sorry, I don't know as we had a rental car. However, it's only about a 15-20 minute walk from the Otaru Canal area.
