Great place to visit in Otaru especially if traveling with kids. The facility isn’t big but quite adequate for a short visit. Kids loved the shows!

We have been there during Winter snowy time and it is really cold there. But this is the first time we can see Penguin walk outside on the snowy area and they are so cute. It was a very good experience though.

It’s small, good maintenance but I think it need to refurnished as it look really old🤔 Not much employees here as I see all the performances are lead by the same employees 🙈. Closer contact with penguins, not much people compare to Asahiyama Zoo.🤣Those penguins...More

Its a small aquarium consisting of two floors and an outside dolphin stadium the penguin walk is next to the dolphin show for its cost it was worth the money

So fun to watch the Penguins, we managed to catch 2 shows when we were there. Heavy snow but definitely worth a visit. Do look out for the otters and Pelicans too!Food at the cafe were yummy.

Hello there. I don't think so, because they need the snow. But I only went once in winter. You might wish to check the Otaru Aquarium website.
