The best thing about the outlet mall is that there is a free shuttle from the airport and back. In general, the prices were a letdown for an outlet. The ABC mart (for shoes) is huge here compared to the one in Tanukikoji shopping street.

Lots of shops to browse for a few hours only if you know what you want and need. It was winter when we visited so most of the shops were selling winter gears. Midweek seems to be quieter and less crowded. Generous discounts between 30% to 70%. Free shuttle from New Chitose Airport or if you are staying in Chitose... More

I've never been to Mitsui outlet, so I'm not sure how this compares with it. But it's good enough for me, plenty of shops/brands to browse, good to spend 1-2hours, especially if it's along the way. Not much crowds on the day I visited, perhaps because it was snowing heavily.

I'm not so sure about all the negative reviews about this outlet. This year we've been to HK, KL, NY including Woodbury premium outlets and I can say that shopping here for us trumped all of the above. Who wants the ridiculous crowds of Woodbury or HK? It was actually fantastic to be able to wander around freely. And we... More

Conveniently located just 2km away from New Chitose Airport, this is the place to do your last minute shopping! (or perhaps even your first minute shopping :D). Shopping choices are quite limited in airport so it's worth coming here to grab food and stuff before flying off. Free shuttle is provided between the outlet and airport but since we rented... More

We went there at around six in the evening on a weekday, there's hardly any customers. It's not big, in fact to us it's quite small as compared to the outlet malls we had visited in Japan. The most unusual point was that the shops were not offering much discount or too many special price items.

It is located near JR Minami Chitose Station, and the entrance is just 5mins walk from the station. I am not "premium" brand kind of person, hence can't comment on the brand and price. However , there are quite a few shops selling outdoor brands like Columbia, Northface and sport brand like Adidas. We bought 2 Adidas fleece jacket at... More

Didn't find anything exciting here. The outlet was very quiet when we were there. It's okay to come if you want to kill time and see if you can snag a bargain or 2. Check out the brands before coming. Hopefully they have something new.

We had to visit this outlet mall whilst waiting for the rest of our friends to arrive. It is an open mall well laid out and filled with many shops. Besides the usual Coach, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger etc outlets, I was also surprised at the number of outdoor adventure outlets like Columbia, Mammut, Sapporo Sports & Northern Pacific - I... More

I was there last Friday evening time. Light decoration is nice. And its not much people yet its so-so for us, we didnt stay long, we decided to go New Chitose Airport for shop and dinner by shutter bus after a 20mins stay. Its clean and neatly as always.
