I enjoyed the sculptures and bas reliefs at Quang Trieu (see photos). One of the better finds in Hoi An and definitely worth a stop.

The name indicates that this was built by the Siu sub-group from Canton or Guangzhou. But nothing else is explained at this place. Still, it is "photo-worthy" if you are from the West.

Though different this meeting house is as good as the more feted houses. It is big with elaborate carving and very brightly sculpted and painted scenes. Don't forget to go through to the garden at the back - that's what I call a dragon sculpture!...More
