We had a cycling tour as a family of five youngest being seven years old with the most amazing guide in the WHOLE world. Hang took us to off the beaten track on an amazing adventure. We started by cycling to a traditional pottery village and the kids all got to make their own amazing pottery. We then headed off the beaten track and experienced beautifully home made sugar cane drink. Off to the rural farms, cycling through vegetable, rice and prawn farms. Our next destination was a local fisherman who took us out in this traditional boats and we caught lots of crabs, then back to his house for the most amazing lunch. Truly authentic and delightful. On our journey back Hang took us to an elderly couple who hand weaves grass mats, incredible. It was extremely hot yet we cycled all day enjoying every amazing moment hang gave us. If you are going to do anything in Vietnam this is a MUST. Thank you Hang we loved your amazing tour, it was the best thing EVER!

After our tour was cancelled by another company the day before Jay was fabulous in organising our tour quickly for us. Hai met us that afternoon and we explored his town - it was fabulous with lots of local knowledge and people. We tried lots of great food and drinks in small back alleys that we would never have found. It was an excellent walk that ended with BBQ ice-cream - delicious! Was an awesome tour - would definitely recommend it!

Tran was our guide on four tours: bicycle foodie; marble mountain; cooking; local farm. He was great! Number one! His english was very good and he engaged us and others with stories and local legends, as well as the history of the surrounds. We would highly recommend Tran to anyone.

Tam met us in Hue with homemade ginger candy for our drive from Hue through Danang to Hoi An. She was full of stories and history of the area and her own experiences. She was wonderful leading us through the market and sites of Hoi An. She encouraged us to attend the Lantern Festival in the evening that was beautiful. Odyssey had arranged for our stay at the Palm Garden Resort right on the beach. Even though the beach had eroded, we had a great stay there and even took a delightful free cooking class.

We found Man Nguyen, a fantastic tour guide who we deemed as a friend, from TripAdvisor.
Mr Man knows his job well, was able to explain the full history during our tours with him. Very professional, on time yet flexible. Always smiling and cheerful. Does his job well. We strongly recommend him. At the end of our tour, he surprised us with a gift each. A very nice gesture from him. Thank you Man.
