How many dishes you can learn to cook? Are there many dishes you can just choose for them to teach you like, deep fried spring rolls/ pho/ pork chop w/rice? And how many days in advance I gotta book the class? thanks.

Each person selects from a menu what they want to cook,mew learnt to cool 12 very different dishes. Everything she teaches is amazing!
