I travel not for shopping, but for experiences. And yes, a visit to Al Ain Mall is a special experience. An obscene cornucopia of affluence, glitter and excess, it is worth spending an hour exploring it. Depending on your budget, you can pick up a Rolex, skate on the ice, or just grocery shop at Carrefour.

Good place for shopping, here you can find Brand for less, Max, HM and other luxury brands too. At third floor, you can enjoy fast food. There is Ice city for children and other entertainment places. This place for family and friends. On the ground floor you can find Carefour and Beauty centers.

Fabulous shopping and sight seeing. Great for a pleasure stroll and people watching. The stores are high end with such lovely quality. They offer both Arab and Indian clothing stores, exquisite fabric etc.

this is the only questionably big mall in Al Ain. it’s family-oriented, slow paced and relaxed. all the services are slow and.. relaxed. the placement inside is also something else (sephora in a tent at the back end, ice rink right in the entrance??) confusing but alrighty.

It was my terrible experience today in Carrefour (Al Ain Mall). I went to the meat section around 7:40 pm to buy some meat I saw a guy there later I came to know that his name was Ahmad he was busy packing meat I told him brother excuse me I want to buy some meat he replied me angrily wait I am busy but I just ignore him and wait for him to get free. Later on, I show him the meat and tell him to cut it into small pieces but he made it minced. I told him, brother, I didn't tell you to make mince, and immediately he started shouting at me. it's was terrible behavior and he told me just go from here he was totally intoxicated and unconscious he wanted to fight with me he took the knife and hit on the counter he was so annoying then another employee came his name was AHMAD SULTAN. I thought he will control him but he also took his side and started shouting at me without knowing the reason just because they both were Arabic speakers, and he told me that he knows his duty what he have to do. Also, they also gave me abuse in Arabic to think that I can't understand Arabic. I was just curious that how uneducated people were they.
These types of unprofessional and uneducated people should be terminated. It's was my terrible experience today and I recommend you all never go there to buy something. They don't know how to deal with the customers their behaviors are like wild animals.

The mall have many shops and different restaurants. Daiso and Mumuso are extremely fun to shop at. We had the chance to try Korean food for the first time at Sonagi Restaurant.
Our visit was short but we were able to do everything we wanted to 😁

One of the best malls to get a bite to eat. The Ice Rink is very nice, reasonably price and great staff. Michelle and Dennis are great with kids and always willing to help someone on the ice. The service at the Chilis is great. There are multiple play places and activities for children. The theater is kinda dated.

Very good location. Near the bus and taxi stand. It is just opposite Ayla grand hotel which makes it very convenient for tourists staying there. 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Outside of the mall is 24 hour pharmacy. Enough parking space. Lots of branded shops. Du office also inside the mall, which is very convenient for tourists to take sim card. There is a decent food court also.

Very nice mall in the downtown. It is huge and full of life.
A lot of brands are there. Actually we went there and we didn't plan to shop, but when we saw the great sale and discounts in the shops we couldn't stop ourselves to buy some nice stuff.
Mall underground parking is good, you can find parking easily even at the weekends.
It is not the best in UAE but maybe one of them.
