Lovely place for a mud bath!! They don't take walk in guests so be sure to arrive by boat if you want to check this place out. Great experience and would recommend

We had a fun time at the Dalyan mud bath and thermal spring today. We walked along the river path to the small car ferry (foot passengers 10TL pp each way ...about 15p) -which is about half a mile north of the town. The mud bath complex is clearly visible across the other (west) side but on arrival we were faced with a locked entrance gate and nobody in sight. A phone number is posted to call, but with a UK sim card you have no chance of that. Clearly most punters arrive by river on organised boat tours. We returned the 100m to the ferry where a kind local lady selling drinks called them for us and they came down and let us in. Very friendly folk. We paid 90TL each (under £3pp) entrance fee and began slopping mud on to let it dry before getting showered and hosed off. The sulphur smell was not strong at all. Be careful underfoot in the mud bath as it is slippy and uneven in places. After cleaning up there is a thermal spring fed pool to relax in and I read it was 40°. We were there just over an hour and thought it was great fun.

Not impressed to be honest. Overcrowded and didn't rate the quality of the mud. Is this actually a natural thermal spring? or just a way to entice the tourists into believing so? Went to one in Kos, which was amazing, you could smell the natural sulphur and came out with amazing skin! We didn't stay long as it felt like a cattle market rather than a luxury treat.

Completely overrated activity. Not impressed to be honest. The qualities of the mud you are asked to plaster yourself with is highly debatable. Rather you than me lol. I guess it’s novelty value at the end of the day - but much better things to do with your time.

The trip with Sunset Travel was excellent. The guide Mel was funny & fabulous.
The mud baths were a little too busy but we still had fun and got to do it - top top go into the middle for the better mud!
Only negative was we didn’t have much time there - another 15 mins would have been better.
Food was good - chicken, fish or pasta and a salad bar.
Option to buy a blue crab for around £8.
We saw turtles at Turtle Beach and had around 1.5 hours to enjoy the beach.
River cruise was gorgeous especially if you get a good seat on your boat.
Photographer on board was good - charged around £20 for the file at the end of the day.
Well worth a visit. We paid €35 from a tour operator in Fetihye much cheaper and less busy than going with Jet2.

A fabulous day out for all.
Bake the mud on your skin and then a swim in the lake.
Lots of day trip options to choose from to include the baths.

Really enjoyed the trip and good fun. Not sure if I looked 10 years younger as suggested 😊
Wish I had worn flip flops. As after putting the mud on and going to the shower and back to bath the footpath is made up of stones. My feet still feel bruised now.
Well worth doing the trip.

Nice experience! We did not have enough time to enjoy everything. Facilities are not very fancy but we had a great time. We only had an hour and could have spent an hour more. Proces of food and drinks are very reasonable.
