Beautiful waterfall but if you are not physically fit (200+ steps to get back up) and steady on your feet (you have to walk up the rocky stream to access) this is a no go for you. Take your own sturdy water shoes

After exploring Saklikent park nearby, we came to Gizlikent waterfall. First we did the zipline with our children and then they did the big swing. Both very fun and affordable activities. Then we made our way down the about 300 steps to begin the walk to the waterfall. The "walk" was somewhat difficult through bumpy rocks and water, water shoes are a must and it would be difficult for kids under 5 and the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. The waterfall at the end is beautiful, not a huge one but the water comes down ice cold and is a refreshing end to the trip.

Not worth it
Went on a three stop tour this was stop 2, wear old trainers that you don't mind getting soaked. Less than impressive is putting it mild, quote a few steps down to a muddy stream (due to the high volume of people). You will end up at a waterfall, that is about 20 feet high. Food was shocking, ours was pretty paid as part of the trip, it arrived in seconds of us sitting down and was inedible. Reheated oven chips, dry bit of chicken with dry old stale bread. The gorge is OK but don't worry about the waterfall.

This review is about the walk and waterfall itself, which was laughably poor. The gorge itself could be magical (an oasis in an otherwise parched landscape) but for the people and the totally underwhelming denouement. Too many overweight and incompetent people trying to make their way up a stream to see a waterfall that would not feature in the top 100 that I have seen, and I’ve seen 101.
Tourists who would have trouble walking down their local high street to go to their nearest chippy or fried chicken shop, complaining about every tiny stone or obstacle in their paths, rather ruined the atmosphere.
No comment on zip lining, but the restaurant food was good and cheap.

Wear suitable footwear - flipflops are a no no! Dare you to stand under the BIG waterfall at the very end

Should be visited while there is still water. Do wear sea shoes or sandals and don’t forget to get wet under the waterfall.

There’s space for car parking and it’s 15 TL. If you eat at the restaurant inside, you will have 15 TL discount.

We really enjoyed our trip to Gizlikent.
Approx a mile walk through the ankle to knee deep ice cold water's to reach the beautiful waterfall at the end.
A fab experience and would recommend for people of any age or ability.

Absolutely amazing river walk to a beautiful waterfall. The water was cool but not cold, because you are in a valley it was lovely even in the midday sun. The water is only knee deep and not very fast flowing so good for kids. Lots of steps to get the river but worth it. Not slippy but the water was murky so you can't see your footing.
Restaurant food was typical of the tour places, meatballs or chicken or fish served with rice, salad and chips. Not brilliant but cheap.
Frozen yoghurt with fresh fruit absolutely delicious, well worth the wait when you return from climbing all the steps.

Great place for a bit of Adventure, although not recommended for under 5' s if going up River to the Falls. When we visited Parking was Free, There are over 100 steps down to the River. Old Trainers or proper Wet Shoes recommended. Walking up stream to the Falls is mainly on the Rocky River bed, and the River Bank. Takes approx. 20+ minutes to get to the Falls. Great photo opportunities. Head back up the steps to the Restaurant (on the Ground or up a Tree) for Good Value Snacks/Meals.
