Total rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Avoid this place like the plague. Total rip off. I was taken in as our guide tut tutted another lady and I in our tour group because we bought a zultanite stone ring from a dress shop and told us he was taking us jewellery shopping in Cappadocia. They give you a talk and tell you that a certificate will be supplied with each purchase. Told us our stones in the rings we had already bought were 3rd grade stones and they only sold 1st grade stones. The ring I bought had other stones on the sides if the ring. 3 of them fell out on the flight back to Istanbul. Luckily I was staying on for a few days and they arranged for someone from the Grand Bazaar to pick up the ring, replace the stones and check the other stones. But when I got the ring back, I could tell which stones had been replaced. They weren't a perfect match, just near enough if you didn't look too closely. After a couple of months at home, one the replaced stones then fell out. I only wear the ring for 3-4 hours once a fortnight when I go out with friends for lunch. My cheap ring from the jewellery store also has side stones. I wear it heaps and none of them has fallen out. Our certificates also only mentioned the gold or silver, not the quality of the zultanite stones. I've worn both my rings at the same time on different fingers, and there has never been any difference in the clarity or the colour. Should have bought from the markets in Istanbul...... DON"T BUY FROM THEM! Obviously the guides are getting kickbacks, bus loads arrive at this place.

LIES!! SCAM!! They sold us FAKE SULTANITE!! I bought a supposedly BLUE SAPPHIRE ring and guess what? When I bought it to other shops they all said the same; cheap 1st grade aquamarine. Lying about aquamarine is crazy. Basically, I paid for the metal that the stone is resting, not the stone itself

Wallahi adheem I felt cheated when I found out the Sultanite that I bought was FAKE/LAB GROWN.

BOYCOTT THIS SHOP!! I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE SULTANITE WAS FAKE ON THE TOUR I FOLLOWED!!

I bought two zultanite stones and two pendants at Ozler art center without checking in internet. They literally rob you in daylight.it is not worth even half the price. They cheat you and tour operators may have some hand in this.Same stones can be bought for less than half the price in Grand bazaar with good bargain. There is no quality difference
These guys are scammers and cheat the tourists.

Scammers. They sold us 2 (supposedly) sultanite stones with a CERTIFICATE!
After our vacation, we took them to a jeweler to make gold rings, and the jeweler told us: if I wanted I could take your money and do the rings. But I'm an honest person: this is not real sultanite. It's fake. It's no appropriate to make gold rings with these. And there re no such a thing as internationally recognized Certificates for sultanite stones.

Please avoid this shop! I just went there with a green tour which at the ends of the tour tricks the tourists to visit this so called fabric of onyx and zultanite! Real zultanite looks different!!! Those beautiful changing colour rocks are nothing but glas produced in labaratory! Wich they don't tell you! Very aggressive pushy vendors, especially blond girl that speaks English! They charge 4 times more then jewelers in the center of Göreme! I spent 135 euro for a small pendant Wich in initially was 190! They even give you a certificate! What a joke! Instead go to capadoccia stone antique shop. In the downtown Göreme has the normal prices! Shame on you Green tour "capadoccia tour guide" for complicee with this thiefs!! Allah belanizi version! Serefsiz!

Went to this shop. Our tour guide was a Turkish. First time seeing stones that can change colours. Amazed with that, so I bought that stones called Sultanite. Never doubt it was fake because I got the certificates after buying that. So I thought it was the original one. I didn’t even search the exact price for this stone. I bought 1.5 crt (for my mom) + 0.5 crt (for me) sorry I couldn’t remember the exact price. I think around USD 150-200. (Check my photos, even the prices is not written well. Couldn’t discover the number) After months, I suddenly want to check how this stone works , I stumbled into its actual price. You guys can just search on Google. EXTREMELY HUGE DIFFERENCE OF PRICES!

We had a stop at this place during our trip around Göreme. They have an interesting collection of stones. But they charge a lot for each item.
