It is definitely unique and interesting to watch the demo. I have never seen painting done on water before! She is very skilled and has nice products for sale. If you have the time to go see this, it is worth it!

We were lucky to meet the very lovely Guler Somturk and have a personal demonstration of her paper marbling work and even more wonderful, her fabric marbling. Watching her is a treat and a revelation.

Meeting Guler Somturk, the textile artist, was a lovely experience. Guler does lovely Ebru (marbeling) of silk scarves and is warm in her demonstrations. I had the privelege also of meeting her mother - a lovely lady.

Thank Pax B
