Beware of the scam onyx store opposite. Otherwise great. Nice view - pleasant and well set out. Tea and coffee available.

What a wonderful walk - filled with hidden little gems, tea gardens, friendly locals, with stories to tell and scenes of natures that words cannot describe - you have to see it to believe it - loved being so close to nature!

We dropped by Pigeon Valley for a photo-stop. The views are one of the best, and a must-see. Great photo opportunities as well. There are also indeed lots of pigeons at the area, and a couple of shops selling souvenirs.

It's not a big valley but well worth hunting down as it's a easy walk from Goreme town. Walk along the top to look down and walk through the valley. Easy walk and your find a cafe to relax in.

Rug up, take plenty of fluids plus good hiking boots and then enjoy the walk. From Goreme it is a 3 or 4 hour trek.
