worth a trip if you get chance. Like all ancient ruins, it can make for a very hot day out in mid-summer.

Although it has not been greatly preserved it was amazing to walk around and I didn't even have as much time to look around as I would have liked as we needed to move to our next location, but a must do if travelling to Kalkan or nearby

It gets very hot here, so go very early or very late in the afternoon/evening to avoid the heat. It doesn't get crowded though, even in peak season, and is fantastic.

To some it will just be a pile of stones but with a guide such as ours (Ismael of Unlimited Travel) telling its history it comes alive and you almost live the lives of the inhabitants of this once capital city and all they went through over the centuries. We combined it with a visit to Saklikent Gorge (river rafting... More

İt is pity that Xanthos Likya Antique City could be in better conditions like many other ones in the area. However, full of history is making this venue one of the most interesting parts to visit.Lots of ruins to be see,but let us hope that his will happen very soon in the future.Needs to be well maintained and protected.

This was a fab morning spent roaming the ruins from the early Roman and Greek times, amazing that you can wander and climb over everything without being told to get off or climb down, so many well preserved ruins to look at, better to go later in the day though as we went after lunch and it was baking hot

A lot of history and very interesting, although exposed with very little shelter so take sun cream and an early morning visit is recommended.

Very interesting and a great way to explore on a boat. With two young children there was enough for them to see and do with frequent swims in the sea. Would recommend booking through Abi Travels, service was brilliant and a good quality and quantity of food on the boat.
