About
West of Antalya proper, at the end of the tramway line, stretch miles of shingle beach known as Koyaalti. The sand is grayish but quite fine with many restaurants and cafes. The backdrop of the Taurus mountains and the cliffs on either end form a breathtaking scene for a day of swimming and sunbathing.

    Nice place
This beach has a long coastline. I stayed at Crowne Plaza which was just across the street from Konyalti beach. This section has easy access to the beach with lots of cafes, restaurants, park, benches, etc. Some restaurants play live music & it's a good vibe all around.

    Konyalti beach
Nice long beach. Not busy. Not sandy but rocks. They have places to change which was good. Plenty of places to eat around. We went by taxi from old town. It wasn’t far. We walked back to our hotel which took us about 1hour and half.

Pricey and rough pebbles on beach
The pebbles on the beach are more like medium size stones and very very very uncomfortable to walk in!!! Our airbnb host recommended we go there. We went to Kalypso restaurant and had to pay $5.52 for 1 towel and $36 to sit in 2 lounge chairs with an umbrella. You can order food and drinks from the restaurant as well. They have great security! It was a nice experience but I wouldn't come again. You can't even walk on the beach without putting on some serious shoes

    Restaurants mistake
Lovely place, beautiful beach, and surroundings. As a business advisor at Cardiff Media Ltd., I found it shocking that nearly all of the restaurants on the front thought that the QR code menu was a good idea. Its not. You are a business providing a service, and the main part of the business is customer service via a waitress or waiter. Also, visualising the food is part of the customer experience. Not only do they have the QR code system implemented, but it is also very badly designed and set up. Most is a link with pricing, and that's it. You can't increase the image sizes if they have any, and you can't order; you have to try and remember what it is you looked at, then tell the waiter. It's really annoying and has poor service. If the QR code was set up correctly and used in the right way, then it could work, but it doesn't really replace the standard menu book when used in its current form.

    Peace with pebbles
Pebble beach.... Have never seen so many different color pretty pebbles in my life and the sea is soo clear (no mud or sand) and seeing the pebbles under the water is even more mesmerizing.. We collected soo many different pebbles.. So Pretty and am tempted to design jewellery. The sea was this blue green and we could sit on the beach forever. The weather was sunny but cool winds. Very easy taxi stand near by and close to Antalya aquarium if you want to do something else.

Nice beach but very rocky for my taste. The seating and umbrellas are at charge but not must, restaurant by the beach has good food, reasonable.

Amazingly beautiful landscape over the mountains. The water is clean, the beach is of pebbles. Easily reachable with public transportation and the panoramic elevator.

Be aware about stray dog gangs around this place. They are pretty aggressive. Maybe rabid, I have no idea. In some places on the beach you can see even DOG FECES. I'm shocked. It wasn't like this just 3 years ago.

Mixture of locals and foreigners. I felt that it’s more authentic to Lara beach. Although for swimming, Lara beach is better because the sand is finer.

I visited this place during the winter and I loved it.
Beautiful sunsets, plenty of cafes and restaurants. Naturewise - stunning. The only thing that made my a bit sad was influx of immigrants from certain East European country (tricolored flag), who have very little of self control and refinement, and they behave as if they owned the world. Having money, with their arrival the price rose so this area is quite pricey as for Turkish standards.
Let's hope that the blue sky and yellow sky prevails eventually ;)
