We enjoyed going to old medina in Hammamet every time. It's very nice place to buy souvenirs (luckily we bought 5 magnets for 2 dinar), walk around, take pics with jasmine flowers, go to old walls. There is nice square with fountain. Be careful of...More

Medina is small but quite entertaining. There is a lot to do from smoking water pipe"shisha" to watching the snake charmer. Bazaar prices aren't that bad and sellers aren't pushy.

This place is a tranquil place to have a cool time. Not sure whether it will be same during peak summer. My sense is that it may be overly packed because of the wonderful holiday atmosphere. 5/5

We took a day trip here and the local stalls set up are impressive. You have I barter but I left that to my boyfriend. The surrounding area is a bit run down but it was nice to see the culture.

Just buy at the airport, on your flight or at your hotel. The usual price is 4 dinars (2€) a pack mainly at the hotel or 40 dinars a volume (20€). There are many cigarette sellers at the beach but I woudn´t trust most of... More
