One bridge that connects Us and Canada. We can see it when we are driving on the bridge or from below when we are in the boat seeing thousand islands. Don't take pictures while driving. Can take good pictures from below. Nice and good view of the St. Lawrence from the bridge. This classic long bridge is worth seeing. Good... More

Ok, I'm not sure why, but I am reviewing.... a bridge? It has a gorgeous view, but please don't be that tourist trying to take pictures while driving!!! it's pretty tight, and you'll cause an accident for sure...

The 'bridge' is actually a series of bridges crossing from the US to Canada (or Canada to the US) over a number of islands. One of the most iconic bridges connects the US mainland to Wellesley Island. It is tall enough for freighters to pass underneath with plenty of room. It is visible for miles downriver and looks magical at... More

The great height affords a view that is truly breathtaking. you can look up and down the river and see the many islands and Boldt castle and depending on when you go you can see large cargo ships and many beautiful boats and the gorgeous river homes... This bridge is pretty cool; high up off the river, and offering wonderful views up and down the river. Some people are afraid to look down, over the railing and into the distance. But I'd recommend overcoming that, as the scenery is superb! BTW, remember to bring along enough cash to pay the tolls, which are (as I recall) either... More

My family and I have camped at Welsley Island State Park since I was 10 months old. This bridge brings back so many memories. It costs money each trip so if you're staying a while, I suggest buying the package. It definitely saves money. Very beautiful

if you get a chance to park at the NY information center and walk over the bridge, you can take advantage of the spectacular views- that is the best way to experience this awesome bridge. Be forewarned- it shakes when tractor trailers cross and it is an open girder foot path so it is NOT or those afraid of heights!... More

The views when crossing this bridge are lovely! We used this bridge when crossing the border to and from Canada and there was little to no wait time.

This is a beautiful bridge especially at night. At night it is amazing to cross over, you can view the water and see the boats all lit up. KP
