I would not suggest to go here on a hot day. Springs at an average of 45 Celsius. Natural Hot Springs but manmade surroundings to make it more friendly. still some works are being done.

7am - 6pm. Go in weekdays, less crowded. Try climbing the Tiger Cave Temple, then to hit springs to soak away the aches of climbing 1260 steps ! Hope this helps.

Yes changing room is available inside the attraction. Clean and safe. Around the hotspring is slippery so you need to be careful. But manageable to walk.
