I have to say that we went on a Bank Holiday so in fairness probably saw it at its worst. The walk to the pool was interesting with very different foliage and plants along the way. However the pool itself was a huge disappointment, the water was dirty and it was jam packed with with children and adults . For... More

It's a beautiful area and the water is amazing especially at the top at the blue pool (which you cannot swim in) but we found it really crowded and the rocks were very slippery so be careful. All in all it's a good day out.

We took a moped to the pools (which is a long drive from Ao Nang!) and were really impressed by the beautiful scenery. You can swim in the lovely emerald pool and then walk up to the crystal pool which is breathtakingly beautiful. Worth a visit.

We traveled to Emerald Pool after climbing on the Tiger Cave Mountain, so it was very relaxing experience after big effort of climbing up 1260 stairs. The pool is very nice and the path until you reach it is beautiful. There were quite a lot people in the pool and around it, so it didn't feel very special, but still... More

This was part of a three location stop around the hot springs and tiger cave. There is a trek to the pool which is a fairly tiring walk. The pool itself is unremarkable but when you look at where the water comes from, high up in the mountains this is a natural spring. Therefore a swim should do the body... More

We went as part of a tour & as much as there were a lot of tourists, it was an enjoyable stroll along the scenic walkway through the jungle & wetlands. We headed up to the Blue Lagoon first which is worth a visit before heading back to Emerald Pool. It was a bit busy but okay for a quick... More

This was a really nice place to visit. My girlfriend and I rode our rented scooter all the way out to see it, which felt like a really long way on the busy roads, and it was definitely worth it. The pool itself is one of a short jungle walk through a wetland with incredibly clear water. The walk was... More

We were all really looking forward to visiting the emerald pools, the pictures look great. We were all disappointed, the water and location are nice. But the emerald pool is just a pool and it was full of people, it just remined us of the local swimming pool. The kdis swam in it for abit to make the trip there... More
