Some lovely seafood to be had here and some good souvenirs, you should at least visit this market once but I'm sure you will want to return.

Visit in the daytime and you will be able to buy everything you need and more at local prices. Off the main Thanon Phet Kasem and bounded by Sois 72 and 70. A really interesting hour, clothes, food, meat, fish and all sorts of oddities.Keep walking beyond the main hall, there are many sois, the market goes back to thanon Phra... More

we went there for dinner (snack jack), bought fruits and snack to hotel to enjoy for supper. All at very cheap price. The yummy mango sticky rice was the best i tasted before. must go there again at my next trip in Hua Hin.

For me this is just an ordinary market with local foods and Thai foods and seafood. It was ok with the food. Nothing much to do shopping I went on the weekend. It was so crowded with both local and foreigners.

This is a smallish market. Some good product, but will not bargain and is more expensive than in Bangkok. If you after dinner, there are many restaurants along the street , with the food prepared on BBQ's at the front of the eateries. Pricing is fair and beverages are very reasonable. This is not the largest market in Hau Hin... More

We wandered into Chatchai market as part of our visit to the Night Market. As far as markets go in Thailand average is being generous. Chatchai may operate longer than the night market, suffice to say we could not find anything to spend our money on.

I walked by this place several times and didn't know it was there. Quality is better here than along the night market. Better atmosphere too. It's small, but I liked it.
