About
Market Village Hua Hin is the largest shopping complex in one of Thailand’s most popular tourist destinations. The sleepy seaside town of Hua Hin offers a variety of natural and cultural attractions, abundant outdoor activities and superb fresh seafood, but the area are did not have a deluxe shopping mall and entertainment complex until the opening of Market Village Hua Hin in 2006.

- CanadianWorldTravellerHong Kong, China176 contributionsCasual visitIt’s a nice collection of affordable products, food, and services. Our family went there, and each of us found something we liked. My daughter bought some makeup products and souvenirs for friends back home, and even got her nails done for only THB 700. My son picked up a T-shirt for THB 190. My husband purchased some iPhone accessories, and I enjoyed a lovely 45-minute foot massage from Let’s Relax while waiting for them.Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 25 October 2023
- RIchard035Northwood, United Kingdom1,350 contributionsEverything under 1 roof - from cheap to designerMarket Village is a large shopping centre a few minutes walk from the Marriott hotel in Hua Hin. You can buy pretty much everything you need here. There are regular shops - clothes (including designer brands), electricals, pharmacy, etc, and cheaper market stalls. There is a variety of restaurants and food stalls offering snacks and full meals. We had pretzels for lunch in Auntie Anne's one day which were good and very cheap but some were quite spicy. Another day we had good freshly made sandwiches in Mix& Match.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 19 January 2024
- Jacob NSlagelse, Denmark124 contributionsGreat mall for casual shopping and a vast selection of smartphone shops!Market Village is a nice mall with plenty of shops to browse. You also got a vast market in the basement with tonnes of cheap food stalls and clothing, accessories etc. Of course, the basement has a lot of knock-off products, but prices are low. The upper level has a vast amount of shops selling smart phones and accessories for those. A nice place!Visited January 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 26 January 2024
- mtbotrevWellington, New Zealand110 contributionsGreat food and band experienceEspecially enjoyed the evening street food and singer/band.....they sung 80s era songs really well and added to a great vibe with cheap food and beer. Phad Thai my fav. I only just now saw the tip box in a photo so if you go be sure to think about that. Mall was nice as well to occupy some time.Visited February 2024Travelled soloWritten 9 April 2024

Our friends who also shopped at both thought the opposite. Both have a large choice of goods and also a great choice of places to eat.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 15 April 2024
- maggicman1 contributionHua Hin's jewel of a malljust loved this friendly mall. Made our way to the lowest level and had delicious foods at the food court. Great prices, wide selection and good prices. On the same level was a tall mens shirt shop that had sleeveless Chang jerseys. I loved them so much we kept going back to get more. My friends in the USA all want one and I wish I could contact this very special shop. If anyone could give my contact to the owner, would be greatly obliged. Just come back from Tesco Lotus Hua Hin had awful experience.
Thai check out woman lets Thai woman with big shopping cart jump the que when there are 6 people waiting behind me!
I asked the two woman what was happening they just smiled and said nothing.
I ranted at them them this was disrespectful not only to me but the other people in the que, asking her if this is Tesco Lotus policy. Asked her if this is because I am a Falang and because woman wasThai this is happeng??? No reply just smiled at me. Told her she thought this was fuunny???
ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR!!
Went to the young manager and complained, what a waste of time, bowed his closed his hands together and said sorry.......Waste of space this young man
I have respect for Thai people, but is this common practice in Tesco Lotus or Thai people in general.
Will certainly look at Thai people differently having experienced this.
Regards
One disgruntled and upset Falang customer.

Got scammed first from havaianas Sandals official store. they had buy one get 2. First they spoiled English but when I paid and ask why it was no discount they all of a sudden did not speak English. And when I asked for receipt they said “machine broken “ so I did not get any recipt . Second when I just bought sun lotion , it’s not lot of money but they charged me for a plastic bag with out giving me any. When I asked about it they did not understand , this was boost Pharmecy . Typical tourist scam that I can expect at small shops but not when inside a big shopping mall . Thought it meant more expensive but not scammers.
Be aware and make sure you get receipt if going here and check price before paying. P

Market Village was a great stop to get the necessities we needed during our short holiday in Hua Hin. Good selection of restaurants, stores, and services. The only downside was the super loud live music outside as you walked in. It was far too loud when it could be heard well inside the actual mall area.

This mall is on a slightly less tonier atmosphere to Bluport mall. There are plenty of choices for clothing, pharmacies, food venues and a tesco to pick up basics.
It’s close to other markets, transportation, massage spas, and the beach.

If you are in Hua Hin there is no way past Fürth, because there is a large supermarket, bakeries, bank, currency exchange and many other possibilities for shopping. Various restaurants, good selection and which are also really inexpensive. If it's really hot in the city, you can stay in this shopping center with fully air-conditioned rooms for a few hours.

Anyone who has visited the MBK Center in Bangkok has a rough idea of what the Market Village in Hua Hin looks like. Of course, it is much smaller. But on a rainy day, you can easily spend two hours here and stroll around a bit. There is a food court, a large, well-stocked sports shop and much smaller electronics shops, etc.

In the basement there is a huge range of food stalls to choose from. The food is good, and prices are very cheap. You will see many locals eating there. We enjoyed the coconut smoothies from the dessert bar, at only THB25. They can be sealed for take away and make a good base for a Pina Colada. Dessert bar is next to the stall where you buy a debit card for some purchases in the food court.

If you cannot find what you need here you aren't trying. Groceries at Lotus, Restuarants like MK, Swensen's, even a Dairy Queen. This place has it all.
By the way had a massage here also.

Es gibt eine großen Parkplatz für Autos und für Motorräder. Für Motorräder ist es kostenlos für Autos. Ich weiß es nicht, ob man da Parkgebühren zahlen muss.
