About
The Black Mountain Water Park is spread over 48000Sqm and is situated a short distance from the centre of Hua Hin, just 15 minutes from town. It opened in 2011 and is now one of the most favourite tourist attractions in the region. Tourists and local residents have been extremely complimentary about the good times spent on the many exciting attractions. The Park is full of high quality, modern equipment that is all operated in line with the highest safety standards and supervised by highly trained lifeguards. We have a 17 metre high tower with 9 different slides, a spectacular wave pool which is made the biggest wave in Thailand, the lazy river, a beach/infinity pool and children's pool, inflatable "Wibit" Sport Park all providing the best fun filled day out a family can have. Grea fun at the water park for a day. Get your promo code online as it works out a lot cheaper if you go for an all inclusive package which includes lunch and virtual reality (VR) rides.
A good day out and enjoyed by all. Recommended.

My son and I visited and were the only ones in the Park. We were able to go on all slides and wave pool. The staff opened the restaurant and all facilities for us. The service was exceptional and all the rides were terrific. We had an absolute ball and can't thank the staff enough for the great experience.

Fun day out with young and teen family group.
We were the only people here except for one other group so we basically had the run of the place which was fun; I imagine many people looked at the weather report, which we didn’t, so the first hour was heavy rain but at a water park…so what!?
This park was much better for our family group as the six year old was able to go on all but one ride whereas the other water park in hua hin that we visited had a height restriction which excluded him from any slides except for the baby areas. The food was also nicer here.

Yes, some of it it looking a bit tired but with covid having a major affect on the tourism industry im sure that there have been more important things to focus on.

Would advise strong supervision at all times as while there were staff around, most lifeguard stations were not manned.

Thanks for a great day out.

Good water park was very quiet when we went which was great not having to Que etc. the lifeguards were very friendly! They took our water off us at the entrance, clearly wanting to make people purchase it inside? Of all things water should be allowed inside to encourage hydrating people in the very hot weather. Other than this loved it!

This is the best value water park in Hua Hin hands down. It's empty and cheap. Kids will love it as mine did. The reviews on here do not do it justice.

Just turn up and pay, don't use a tour company as most are totally awful, including trip advisor!

The water park was great value, but the experience was slightly tainted by the fact that the tickets sold by TripAdvisor state hotel pickup is included but no taxi came, and when my hotel called the park, they said this package has not been available since covid broke out. The result was 2 hours wasted waiting, and an additional 2 taxi fares needed to get is there and back.

I will write a separate review on the park which was excellent but this trip was not worth bothering with.

Reviewed before 2 yrs ago and been going 2 times every week now, I think due to the covid lockdown money has sadly not been spent here.
The water slides are definitely showing their age and paint has peeled off in many places in the water areas.
When we went the last few times the wave pool was a real let down, simply because stupid parents take 4/5/6 year old into it which means the staff run at half power.
It would be better if their was an age restriction so adults can have some fun in the wave pool.
Otherwise still good value and a nice place to spend the day.
Opening times at present are actually 11am until 16.00.

Went with the family for a short (3hr) visit. Kids loved the fact that there were so many slides and no queues, parents enjoyed being able to sit back and relax whilst the kids enjoyed the not-so-busy park.

Entrance fee was about THB 450 per person so quite reasonable. They required younger kids to wear safety helmets for some rides but otherwise, it was an unobtrusive process. They had 2 lifeguards in the wave pool to monitor the people and overall it felt safe and well monitored.

The food at the canopy was decent fare with Thai favourites and international options all at very reasonable prices. The kids loved the ice cream and the fact that they can jump out of the water and go straight to the food canopy without towelling off (too much).

This is a very easy place to enjoy a few hours of fun outside with the kids. The area is secure and there is sufficient staff around to monitor the small number of guests at this time.

My kids wore pool shoes as they were running around the property alot. We also doused them with sunscreen as well. We had a view of the wakeboarding facility and are keen to try that next time!

We had a great day here. Good rides and a wavepool with huge waves. Friendly staff and the entrance and prices of food and drinks makes this place great value for money!
