We've stopped here previously for atmosphere and photo op of the restaurant and farm. The food has never been the highlight but this time it was a whole new level. We were one of only a couple of tables in the whole place so this is not about being busy.
As a table of 4 we ordered 2 Thai dishes and 2 western dishes. The pasta came right away and was basically a bowl of cream soup with a bit of spaghetti. After another 5 minutes a steak came with tablespoon of mash. The food just stopped then with the waiters milling about the looking at our table after 15 minutes I flagged the waiter and after some discussion they came out with 1/2 of another order to which we had to remind the waiter it was not complete they came back with the Som Tum which was another bowl of soup with some papaya swimming in it. Another 5 minutes passed and still the last order had not arrived again we flagged the waiter who seemed like we interrupted their conversation and finally came back with the last order. It was horrible instead of grilled pork neck it appeared to have steamed the meat was very pale, no rendering of fat and it as chewing gum, the sticky rice was hard not warm and old. It's not a place that we will return for the food again - maybe just the store and the farm for kids in the future.

Today we plan to travel to Hua Hin for one night stay and on the way we stop some of the attraction points, this was one of the point that we stop to have a lunch, the food was acceptable, we order papaya salad with salmon, Tom yum soup, and crab cake. For drinks we order palm tree juice.
After lunch we walk through the farm house and feed sheep’s and watched the other tourists feeding donkeys. Very interesting.

I am planning from Bangkok by minivan and stop at 1000 Sook Food and Farm. But how am I going to Santorini Park or Hua Hin Town Center from here?

There is an orange-red coloured bus called Hua Hin Petchaburi 420 with a 1h frequency. The bus passes by The Venezia, then Santorini Park, then 1000 Sook Farm, then on the opposite side of the highway, the bus passes by Camel Republic, then Swiss Sheep Farm.
1000 Sook Farm was quite small. The animals were limited in variety (sheep, horses, rabbits) and few in number. You could pay to feed the animals. There were some photo spots set up for visitors. This might be a nice stop for young families, but otherwise I would not bother.

There are big shops for souvenir ranging from food to snack. Must try local custard and many Thai desserts. Price is reasonable. There are many shops around ie Coffee shop, ice cream, etc. Farm is great for family.

Go to the restaurant or shop first and buy something (if you are already intending to) because you get one free entrance ticket to the farm with every 200 baht spent. I ate lunch at the restaurant. The food is decent and price is pocket friendly. Shop is really good for buying local delights as the price is average and not a rip off. Finally go to the farm. Kids can feed sheep and ponies for a fee. Adults can take instagrammable photos. Cute place so lots of photo opportunities.

This place is a good stop over for travellers from Hua Hin on the way back to Bangkok. Many people drop by for lunch, pick up souvenirs, local products and take photographs before heading back to Bangkok. Nicely decorated, well-patronized, and the place is well maintained and clean.

Surprisingly too, food is good, and very reasonably priced. You should be looking at about THB200/person on the average, inclusive of beverages. For every THB200 dining or purchase, you are entitled to a free farm entry ticket. If you do not dine in or purchase anything from the farm shop, you can still buy tickets at THB50/adult and THB30/child at the entrance.

The restaurant has 2 levels so you should get a seat, look out for tour groups who sometimes occupy half the second floor. Restaurant itself is homely and a great place for photographs. It is connected to the farm shop so after dining just walk through the connecting door for some shopping. It has an Amazon cafe inside and right next to it is another dessert shop selling ice crem and Korean bingsu.

Nice to find out that what we purchased at the shop were actually cheaper than what we get in Bangkok so it should be a nice stop for shopping before heading back to Bangkok.

The farm itself is well decorated, lots of spots for photography, a lot of animal feeding which the kids love, can book a pony ride around the park for THB100 or just go 3 rounds in the stable for THB50. Feed the bunnies for THB40, the lambs for THB20, koi fish THB20, ponies THB20. The farm is not big so an hour or so in there should suffice.

All in a good afternoon spent and we expect to be back.

Visited the place after strong recommendation by the tour guide . No tickets is required to go to this place . We had our lunch there at the restaurant inside this place. Restaurant price is reasonable and food was ok.
The farm is the terrible one. Feel so sad and sorry for the animals there. They use a cane to cane the animals which we saw a few times and stopped them . Animals were placed under the hot sun. We spent 200 baht to buy food for the animals . They all seemed to be very hungry and Starved So for the tourist to buy them more food . as though that they were not given enough food but depending on tourist to buy them. The farm is dirty too. The animals were not well taken care by them . Please don’t visit them and encourage this.

As some reviews mentioned about the food, no regrets. The pasta, the steak, the Tom Yum soup are all considerably good. The free entry to the farm is a good gesture. The farm itself isn't too convincing though. Goats, Rabbits, Ponies, Ducks and Chickens. I reckon it isn't worth driving all the way up from Hua Hin just for the farm.
It was a stopover from Bangkok to Hua Hin. Do consider.
