Pictures on the page and descriptions in comments do not relate to this crater ... all this, only creates confusion to those searching ... Totally misleading ...

Interesting self contained environment and you get to see most animals up close. Steep descent and climb on the roads but worth the trip.

Nearly all of the reviews left here are of Ngorogoro Crater. Ngurudoto Crater in Arusha National Oark is beautiful, but you cannot enter it, nor are there any lions or rhino in Arusha National Park. 🤨

An experience of a lifetime! Was fortunate to see a leopard as soon as we drove into the park and see the big five. Beautiful park, great safari.

I visited Ngorongoro crater as part of my three day safari tour organized by Tanzania Roadside Expedition. Getting there was on a bumpy dirt road but the experience of seeing- lions, 🦬 buffalo, zebra , flamingo, etc in the wild was out of this world

The journey down in the early morning mist, and back up marvelling at the gorgeous geography, after seeing all sorts of wildlife and possibly the elusive rhino areas great as the crater itself
