We did a 3 day safari with Trip quest. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids of 5 and 8. Tripquest took care of everything: flights from Zanzibar to Arusha and to seronera, then afternoon game drive in Serengeti with all the expected sightings thanks to our very professional guide Clifford. He was really caring, discreet and answered all our questions and more. We saw lions, leopard, cheetahs, wildebeests, buffalos, zebras, elephants, many antilope species, and many different birds. Ngorongoro caldera was incredible! We went there early morning and enjoyed many more sightings, including several black rhinos, hippos and flamingos. The hotel Meliá in Serengeti was absolutely AMAZING, Serena lodge was also good. Service in Tanzania is excellent. We strongly recommend travelling with Tripquest, as we had a memorable safari and an unforgettable experience!

Trip Quest helped us to have an absolutely amazing experience in Safari. Starting from the first WhatsApp messages, Martin was very responsive and tailored the safari experience to our needs (4 days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro). Also, he made a couple of recommendations for hotels and flights, which proved to be extremely good decisions for us to make.
Our guide, Joseph, was extremely knowledgeable of the animals, their habitats and overall wildlife. He even taught us the Swahili name of the animals (I could name Tembo, Ngiri, Swala etc). I totally recommend him as a guide.
As for the hotels, we stayed at the Tortilis Camps and they were absolutely amazing (read: better than many places in Europe for the same money). The staff was incredibly friendly, food was extraordinary and the overall amenities top notch.
We definitely recommend booking the Safari with Trip Quest, I'm sure you'll be very happy with the overall experience.

My girlfriend and I wanted to go on a 3-day safari in Tanzania and we carefully searched for an agency that could offer us the best program, could take care of our travel needs and at a reasonable price. Our choice was Tripquest and we were not disappointed at all. First of all, our Travel Consultant Martin accompanied us throughout the preparation of the trip. He was very available and responsive, eager to create a tailor-made trip for us (from the itinerary to the lodgings to the logistical details). Once we arrived in Tanzania, we were immediately taken in charge by the Tripquest team, Benson and Julius, who were very welcoming and did an excellent job. The lodges offered and chosen were perfect and we were constantly in contact with them in case any problems arose, they were very available and took constantly some news. The choice of guide was also great. Nick, our guide, was great, very professional, very kind and smiling, great knowledge of the fauna and flora of the different natural parks, he has an excellent English and a respect for nature and the balance of the animals that we particularly appreciated. Spending 3 days with him was a real pleasure and we were sad to leave him. He really wanted us to see everything, and the promise was kept! In short, don't look any further than Tripquest, we had a great safari with beautiful moments and this is thanks to them.

Our comment ONLY refers to the organization of the safari by this agency.
Despite having paid (a lot) for a 6-day private tour for 2 people at a high level, we were very disappointed.
We immediately reported (when booking) some food allergies but several lunches were prepared for us with exactly what we couldn't eat, creating quite a few problems for us....
Furthermore, despite having paid for a level of quality, our jeep was in really bad condition: right from the start it couldn't start (so much so that another jeep had to push us), one armrest was dangling and half broken (obviously yes it's completely broken!), the seats smashed and worn and we risked melting the engine at least twice, complete with a forced stop in the middle of the parks! Our driver, during stops (park entrance, toilet) had to leave the jeep running for fear that it wouldn't turn back on! And when he parked uphill he had to put big rocks under the wheels to block them because even the handbrake didn't hold well! We found all this very dangerous!
We were not even provided with binoculars during the safaris.
The only positive thing was our really good driver/guide who solved every problem on his own.
We have done other safaris in other countries, but with this agency the quality/price ratio is truly terrible.

Thank you for your review. I'd like to provide clarification on a few points before any misinformation spreads to other travelers. Here are the details:
#####1 - LEVEL:
You booked a mid-range accommodation tour, equivalent to 3-star hotels, not a high-level tour.
#####2 - FOOD:
The food issue was a mistake on the part of Serena Hotels, not Trip Quest. We informed Serena Hotels, raised the matter with the General Manager and the corporate office, and advised you to lodge a complaint with the front desk. This poor rating should be directed at Serena Hotels.
#####3 - VEHICLE:
While there was an electrical issue at Manyara, the vehicle was towed and fixed within 15 minutes without impacting the safari.
#####4 - SEAT BROKEN:
The loose bolt on the last seat, which is mostly used for luggage, had no impact on the safari experience.
#####5 - FORCE STOP:
There was no reported incident of vehicles forcibly stopping. Other Trip Quest vehicles in the same parks did not experience such issues.
#####6 - STOPPER:
Stone stoppers are a traditional safety measure to prevent the vehicle from rolling back on unpaved park roads. It is not dangerous, and you may have observed this for the first time.
#####7 - BINOCULARS:
Apologies for the oversight. Normally, each vehicle has one pair of binoculars. If reported on day 1, we would have promptly sent a pair to you.
#####8 - CONCLUSION:
While we acknowledge your dissatisfaction with the food, attributing blame to us for something beyond our control is unfair. During the manager's discussion with you, you acknowledged it was not our fault and even expressed intent to recommend us for the good service provided. We value your feedback and will strive to improve our services.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our 6-day private safari all thanks to Trip Quest!
The booking and reservation went very easy thanks to Martin who had been very helpful and answered my million questions. The booking was very organized and made it easy for me to choose accommodations and itinerary. All the lodges we chose are very remarkable and the experience very seamless we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Our guide Frank is also exceptional and made the safari experience wonderful. He was great at spotting animals and we spotted a lot of huge male lions and lioness a little further from anyone away from dozens of cars. We have seen so many animals which lived up to my expectations especially as a young girl who loved the lion king haha. We had these magnificent animals up close thanks to Frank’s effort to give us a great experience.
Benson, the manager came to us on the first day of our arrival to Arusha to brief us about our trip and came also on the last day to get our feedback so they really take every client’s experience seriously to deliver and improve.
I highly recommend Trip quest- I spoke with almost 5 other operators before deciding, even with some big name ones and went with Trip Quest for their competitive rates and ease of booking and I couldn’t have made a better decision. We did lake Manyara, Serenget, Ngorongoro and Terengire for 6-days and what a dream it had been! We didn’t need to worry about a thing as everything was so organized.

The tour organized by Trip Quest to Serengeti and Ngorongoro was a Life Time Memorable Experience for us. The tour arrangements were made by Martin from Trip Quest, he was the only point of contact at all the time and he handled all our queries single-handedly in a professional manner. He was easily approachable and hence we did not have any inconvenience during the process.
Our guide for Safari was Frank who was the main highlight of this tour, a very young and energetic person with a lot of local knowledge. He ensured that we see all the Big 5 animals during our trip including the rarest Rhino and Leopard.
Highly recommends Trip Quest Safari to those who like to receive First class service at a very reasonable price.

My family and I had been in Tanzania last month (July 2022) for a 4 day safari trip. It was organized by Trip Quest. Right from the planning stage, to picking us up at Kilimanjaro airport, seeing all the wonderful animals and finally getting dropped back at the airport, the entire experience was absolutely awesome and extremely well planned. Our guide Silas was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also taught us few words in Swahili. We toured Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater and saw many different types of animals from very close quarters. We were fortunate to see the big five, including the black rhino from a distance.
Since I am avid traveler and write travel stories in different magazines, this tour was a goldmine for my articles. I had several queries about behaviour of animals, life of local people and their food habits. Our guide tirelessly gave me inputs to all my queries. He was very enthusiastic and passionate about his work.
It has been over a month since we finished the trip, but the experience of those four days is still very fresh and I'm sure it will be etched in my mind as one of the best trips I have ever made.

My 5-day safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro was an absolute dream come true. From the vast Serengeti plains to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, every moment was an adventure of a lifetime.
One of the highlights of the trip was our fantastic guide, David. His deep knowledge of the wildlife and the environment added an extra layer of magic to the journey. He effortlessly navigated us through the landscapes, ensuring we caught sight of incredible animals and shared fascinating insights about their behaviors.
Staying in luxury tents immersed in nature was a perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Waking up to the sounds of the wild and enjoying delicious meals against the backdrop of the African wilderness made each day truly special.
In just 5 days, I witnessed more natural beauty and wildlife than I could have ever imagined. This safari was an experience that will forever hold a place in my heart, thanks to David and the incredible team who made it all possible.

The landscapes of Lake Manyara and Nogorongo crater were so different, it was very interesting to see both and maximise our chances of seeing animals. If we had more time we would have added Serengeti National Park but this 2 day/2 night itinerary was great value. The booking process was smooth and easy. Trip Quest communicated quickly and efficiently to help us book this last-minute trip. Everything went smoothly and our guide was knowledgeable and sociable. If your budget allows, a stay at Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge is heavenly!

The experience with Trip Quest was amazing! Were 3 incredible days with so many unforgettable moments.
Trip Quest was very reachable since day 1, they also attend our request of having a personalized safari program.
Our special thank will go to Elias Shema. Our guide for the past 3 days. A person full of stories and who wants to please you and meet your expectation in every moment of the safari.
The accommodation was another incredible moment. The opportunity we had in Domel Tent Lodge, was outrageous. Watching the sunset on Serengeti, surrounded by people who wants to make you feel at home is priceless.
After this 3 days I can say that this was a lifetime experience! Thank you TripQuest for making our honeymoon filled with unique moments!
