We honeymooned for a week in Tanzania. The route was Tarangire-Lake Manyara-Serengueti-Ngorongoro. We couldn’t have better luck with the Wapo Safaris company, but especially with Safari Guide, Kaana. We have been 6 days of Safari with Mapunda (a Wapo Guide) and the experience has been amazing. We were in Tarangire, Serengeti East, North and Central, Ngorongoro and Manyara Lake. We saw the great migration 3 times, leopard 2 times, a cheetah, several lions (once in a group of 15), two rhinos (one very close) and all the other animals that are more easily seen (elephants, giraffes,...). Important to be advised by the Guide, in our case Mapunda recommended us what time to go, when to move to something else... and also explained what we saw. We were very lucky with animals and it won’t always be, but a good Guide increases the odds. An experience of 10!!
