We booked our Tanzania trip to climb mount Kilimanjaro, wildlife safari and Zanzibar beach holiday for total of 21 days. John was amazing from the beginning, helping us arrange since we had no idea of anything that what we want yo see. We trek Kilimanjaro for 8 days via Lemosho Route, John and his team were so awesome. They helped us from Mti Mkubwa Camp till we reach the roof of Africa. Later we went on a 8 days safari and spend lots of days covering Serengeti Park. We loved the plains and hoping to come back next year. John and his team knows what to do and give a lifetime experience. Thank you John and Jumbo Tours for you help. We will recommend you guys wherever we go. Lots of love ❤️ Julian & Mark

First Thank you to John which he was perfect and super patience with me and my hundreds of questions. He always respond and help us planning our Safari in a perfect way. He designed every single detail and beyond of our safari experience. John help me to design a complex safari trip with many flights, road trips and safari timings so we do not missed any second and with Jumbo Tours and Safaris works like a Swiss clock. One day we had a safari drive in the morning in one lodge but at the afternoon drive we had to be in a different one and we did it, was perfect, we do not want to loose any chance to get amazing photographs from our trip. As photographers timing is everything, with John and Jumbo Tours and Safaris we did not get blurred at any second. I asked to John for one specific lodge and he booked that one for us, plus he select 2 others which make our experience perfect because every single place was so different from the others, and for a photographer that was a plus because I got a chance to photograph animals in different conditions. I live in the other side of the world, so communication was complicated, but John was always helping me with my questions and comments so he return my e-mails with the perfect plan. English is not our native language so he also was patience with me in this aspect, We are so grateful to John and Jumbo Tours and Safaris for our perfect safari trip. We return home with so many amazing stories about, hyenas, cheetahs, elephants, lodges, people, food, flights, etc... and all of them are positive. I think there is no way go wrong with Jumbo Tours and Safaris, to book online you always get suspected but at the end I am so happy that we did everything with them and we had no bad experiences. It is sad for me to read reviews of other travelers that go to Africa and after all that time and money they return home with bitter things of they experience. As I said... you can't go wrong with John and Jumbo Tours and Safaris. Asante sana rafiki.

Our safari trip was SO much fun! Hands down one of the coolest things I’ve ever done in my life. Our guide was so knowledgeable and amazing at spotting animals and getting us a great spot to watch. Even when we got stuck in the mud and we had to evacuate the truck, our guides carried us on their backs! The food our chef cooked was absolutely delicious as well!

My friends and I went on a 2-days trip to Ngorongoro Crater with Jumbo tours. Our tour guides and driver gave in their all throughout the trip to make sure we wouldn’t miss out on a single detail about the Crater, the wildlife that lives in it and the environment. Our journey did not only stop at the Crater in fact John and his team made it possible for us to visit a Masai Village located nearby, a Tanzanite gallery and a snake park on the way back from the Crater. This was truly an incredible and extraordinary experience for us thanks to Jumbo Tours. I’m sure I’ll be visiting Tanzania again and when I do I would definitely choose Jumbo Tours for our next trip that is to hike Mount Kilimanjaro. I highly recommend you to choose Jumbo Tours if you want the best experience on a safari trip. I would personally like to thank John, Mariam, Isiah and our chef for making this trip a smooth and fantastic one! It was more than worth it!

I went on a safari trip to the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park with Jumbo Tours, and it was the best experience of my life! John and his team were really accommodating of all our requests and they made it such a smooth and fun trip. Our guide/driver was able to provide a lot of information about the wildlife we saw and often went the extra mile (literally) to ensure we caught a glimpse of the Big 5 game animals. I will be sure to find Jumbo Tours again if I do get another chance to visit Tanzania and I would highly recommend them to anyone else planning a trip there in the future.
