It used to be a church and now is a Buddhist Temple. It is a peaceful place to visit. The statues of Buddha are beautiful.

Nice temple to visit and great monk with some awesome advise. It has been a centre for all the Buddhist people inside galle and we had a peak on how the sunday school runs inside this shrine.

Certainly worth stepping off the walls and paying your respects at this small temple in the heart of bustling Galle. Perhaps not as big or as grand as some that we've seen this trip but lovely nonetheless.

This temple was located right next to our hotel. It is not anyhow remarkable, but it is worth having a look as it is conveniently located in the rampart street. Right on the other side of the road is one of the best locations to watch the sunset in the beautiful city rampart.
