There are some interesting gravestones inside and outside this church but not much information is available. The church does not look particularly well maintained and though there appears to be a crypt, that area has always looked rundown over the 20+ years I've seen it.

it's an old dutch church with beautiful architecture especially the tombstones placed on the church inner floor ...worth a visit while in galle fort area.

There is history here of course but the church is not well preserved and the church aint really that special. This can be missed and you wont regret if you arent into churchhistory and even then its sort of not well explained - we learnt it was old... Sort of.

Interesting old Dutch church within the walls of Galle Fort. Well preserved. Worth a quick visit while walking around Galle Fort area.

What beautiful old church... so much history! Amazing old tombstones imbedded in the walls and floor. Amazing place to spend some time!

Incredibly preserved Church from the Dutch era, It's right out of a Vermeer and you shouldn't miss seeing it.

This was quite an interesting church. There were graves with the headstones that made up the floor, and a little cemetery out the back. There were also some tunnels, but not much info Worth the visit

Old reformed church in the centre of the old fort area. The custodian is very helpful and willing to share whatever information he has. The church is surrounded by old headstones that will tell a story in itself. The condition of the church is a little rugged and could use a whitewash on the outside. I suppose a donation would... More
