The ice museum and vr experiences are fun, but the night market with the food trucks and vendors is an excellent experience. One can also walk through the LED garden down to the restaurants at the facility. Mid September through October has the perfect weather for the weekend night markets.

Enjoyable ice museum and the slide specifically

A visit to the ice museum would be recommended. Do try the ice slide (or slope), where you have to drag your own donut tube up the stairs to the top of the slide. Its great fun and the kids loved it. The rest of the ice sculptures and the big igloo is nicely done as well. We skipped the 5D and VR attractions as we spent too much time on the ice thingy.

Ice sculpture, Trick art, VR and 5D experience

For the adventurous and those seeking a different experience. This place is located quite out of the way, however close enough to Halla arboretum as well. Quite challenging to find as Naver and googlemaps does not have this location up to date. If you are looking to find it, look for a bus that will take you to Halla arboretum stop and you could find it by following the street direction towards the arboretum. When you see a building with "playbox", you've found it!
There's an ice sculpture display area with an ice slide you can experience. Next level on is your VR experience that you could choose to experience (cost of entry varies depending on what experiences you would like to add on).
As reference we chose the Basic A experience which provides us entry into the ice sculpture, Trick art area, 5D movie experience and 1 VR experience of our choice - cost 22000krw per person.
You could spend at least an hour here and rest at the cafeteria before moving on.
