Very fun market to see local crafts, souvenirs and about anything else. We spent maybe 3 hours there and could have spent more.

Every thing you’re looking for and most things you aren’t will be found in this bustling and very busy Street market area. Sit down and have a feed at one of the street food vendors. Well worth a visit and a wander.

This is a fun place to shop and walk around. There are little shops around selling all kinds of stuff. The price is pretty reasonable. There are vendors that sells food and snack too.

This market is quite large with many stalls selling clothes etc inside the building and around it. I enjoyed some sushi and a kiwi smoothie.

This is another huge market we've visited on our 7 days Korea tour.
It's set at the foot of the hill of the Yondusan park where's the Diamond tower, in vicinity of the BIFF square and Jagalchi market, so it's easy to visit when in the area.
The market covers a very big area with several sections - clothes, household appliances, spices,...and of course food like anywhere in Korea.
Very picturesque to see, have a stroll through and some quick bites.

If you go there for the foods, be there early in the morning. We went there around 3pm and the place was total chaos. Very crowded. Not a good place to bring young children due to the crush. Cannot review about the foods but some stalls had really long lines so i assumed the foods must be wonderful. Keep in mind that i rate my experience in the market itself and not on the foods.

We were last here in Nov 2019. Small market selling usual stuff. Had some time & since we were nearby, so just dropped by. Had visited so many many markets of different sizes in various cities here. More or less they are the same.

I've been to quite a few traditional markets in Korea, but the International one in Busan was just particularly interesting. Because there are several markets together and the BIFF Square is very close, you can find only the best of the best here. Especially the vegetable, fruit and street food stalls were brilliant!

It is quite an overwhelming place, as all (most) markets are so if you're looking for somehting more relaxed it's best to go to another place. This market is vibrant, alive and full of so many things to see, buy, taste, etc. the ladies who work at the stalls are so friendly and are inviting! The market has everything from pots and pans, bathroom essentials all the way to internation medication mostly from Japan as this market has a history related to that. Try some of the delicious streetfood on offer!

Do they accept US Dollars at the Market?

It is always best to use local currency. Some will surprisingly take USD but probably at an unfavorable conversion rate for you. ATMs in Korea are pretty accessible for US cards.

Hi
Our cruises ship docks at 2pm on the 14th of September, so it would be abut 3pm before we leave the ship. Will there still be a shuttle bus to get to the market and return us in time to leave prior to 10pm? What time does the market stay open till?

By any chance if anyone knows what time they close?

As the market is in the form of individual stores. So it depends on individually. However they are usually opened from 9:00-22:00 and closed on first and third Sunday of the month.

Are there any Kid cafes nearby that my husband and child can go to while I shop? What vendors sell fabric ( not hanbok) ?
Is there a craft section? I want to buy shell inlay supplies.
I saw a photo of Sanrio posters. Is it a cafe or a store?
Toy alley?
Street food Alley?
Can someone PLEASE post a better quality map of the market?
What street is the parking on? Thank you , we are only in Busan today.
What stall was the move filmed Gukje Shijang/ Ode To My Father- . It's my favorite Korean movie.
I also need to buy a Barbie Hanbok

As for the cafe, lots of cafes to choose from nearby. There are so many shops that I didn't notice specificity of such goods per stall.
