Haeundae is such a beautiful place to travel! It has a rich Guilin landscape, stunning mountains and rivers, magnificent rolling cliffs and very lovely small town streets. It is also home to many heritage sites and scenic spots, with Taihu Lake and Yonggong Temple being particularly famous. When we go to Haeundae, we can experience a different ecosystem and a unique culture in the light of its magic.

Haeundae in Busan, I recommend it!
I recommend Haeundae among the many seas in Busan! I went to Haeundae with my family to see the sea when the weather was warm. I took the beach train during the day. And through it, I was able to look back at the wide view of the sea during the day, which was more fun than I thought. For dinner, I ate grilled daechang and looked around the night sea, which was my best choice. Because I was able to see the wonderful night view. So if you want to go to the sea, I recommend you to go to Haeundae in Busan

    Beautiful Beach with Lighting Festival
This beach is one of the most famous tourist spots in South Korea. I visited here in January 2023. Walking along the beach quite a while, you can ride Beach Train, which may be perfect if you want to see beautiful view. If you are only staying here for a little while in December or January, you should probably go and see Haeundae Lighting Festival , which has been annually held in winter season. Although cold, there were many people enjoying Lighting Festival, taking beautiful pictures. You can take a nice walk not only at night, but at sunrise. Watching sunrise at beach was amazing.

    Beautiful beach
Haeundae is one of the most popular and big beaches in Korea. There were many people who came with family, friends, and lovers. There are many hotels around here and it provides convenience for beachgoers. Also, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so you can eat various kinds of meals. If you like to take a walk, I recommend doing it at night. Because the night view of the surrounding building is very beautiful. you can walk along the beach, which is a nice walk with beautiful view of the sea and city. If I visit Busan again, I will definitely go to Haeundae.

    FANTASTIC BUSAN.
Busan is port city located in the southern part of Korea. Busan is a fantastic destination for travelers looking for a mix of city and nature. The city is known for its beautiful beaches, which offer picturesque views of the ocean and a chance of sunbathing. One of my favorite places in Busan is Haeundae Beach, which is surrounded by high rise buildings and has a lively atmosphere that's perfect for people-watching. The nearby Dalmaji Hill, which offers beautiful views of the beach and the city, For those who want to feel the beauty of nature, is also well worth a visit. Busan's colorful culture and delicious food make it a must-recommend destination for anyone visiting Korea.

Haeundae Beach - Average, But One of the Best on the Korean Mainland
As a Busan local, it's a great beach. The views are picturesque. Definitely spend time walking the boardwalk to nearby Dongbaek Island. In late May-June, there's a sand sculpture festival. It's just odd that most times of the year, you can't swim at the beach. In Busan, there's a designated season and area you can go into the water, I guess for safety. Today was pretty warm, so I dipped my toes in the water, but no one else on the beach did so. Absolutely no one was in the water. The water itself is clean, just not as good as beaches in like Jeju, Okinawa, Southeast Asia, Hawaii. Sand quality is fine, seashells and pebbles dot the coast.

The Start of Sand Festival 2023
It was a shame about the weather, but we didn’t let it get in the way. The beach was a little bit chaotic with large diggers and massive piles of sand as they were building some amazing sand sculptures or sandcastles we walked along the boardwalk. It was the start of the Sand Festival 2023

Busy beach with lots of activities
The vibe on the beach is amazing with eateries dotted around. Whilst we were there was a sand sculpture exhibit and late night seafood stalls like pocha. The beach is active from day to night. A must go to if in busan

    Perfect beach and location
Spent a few days staying near the beach and it is certainly the centre of activity for the area. Beautiful wide sandy beach in stones throw from surrounding hotels. Perfect paved area for running and walking with lots of activity, coffee shops, bars, nearby. If you are into a chill time and done positive beach experience you will love this place.

Haeundae Beach on a Summer Day
When the weather was great, I visited Haeundae Beach. It was a really great experience. There were many people, and everyone looked like happy, so even I got happier. It is convenient because there are many restaurants and accommodations nearby. There is also a facility where you can wash up after enjoying the beach. What’s more, you can borrow a picnic set, which is a trend these days, sold at nearby cafés. The picnic set includes a beach mat, parasol, and finger food. That is cute and pretty, so you can get a good picture if you take a picture of them with the beach.

We been to Haeundae Beach several times and this time round, it was just before Christmas in December 2023. The beach was crowded during the day and we enjoyed the sunset in the late afternoon. When it was dark, the beach was litted up with colourful lights. There was also Christmas performance with Christmas songs sang in Korean on a constructed stage. Even when we were leaving the beach after 9pm, there were still many people crossing the road to the beach.

Despite being chilly in December we really enjoyed the area. The beach had quite a few photo opportunities setup. The sand was very nice and the water still looked great! They have a nice information centre in the middle of the beach with quite a few information pamphlets and friendly staff.

We wish we would have visited in a warmer month but we still enjoyed the nearby street market and had a very nice lunch. There are many restaurants and shops nearby including several photobooth shops with fun props.

The closest metro station is Haeundae which will land you in the centre of the beach. Plan to spend a few hours here especially if you are stopping for a meal or enjoying the beach.

Long beautiful shore line with lots of activities, especially on weekends and the time they were vying to host 2030. Quite crowded, some structures to take photos with.

Beautiful beach . Lively with people there at all the time. A nice stretch to walk with so many cafes . U can enjoy skywalk in the lotte tower next to beach and can also enjoy dinner with a evening skyline view from top. The famous sky capsule is just next to beach. Take a ride . You will love it.

Beautiful and clean! I think we went at the perfect time, because the beach felt empty and the weather was sunny, but cool. My husband and I would grab coffee and walk along this beach every morning.

Beautiful beach. Well maintained. Nice place to sit for those who do not want to get their feet. The sea is calm and not very tricky.

I went to Busan with my friend, and we stayed at my grandparents' house. My grandparents' house was far from Haeundae Beach, which doesn't matter. Because the transportation is well equipped. If you want to use transportation like us, I recommend the subway rather than the bus. It is much faster to take the subway because the bus is delayed due to the traffic jam.
After swimming, you can take a shower at the public shower booth. And there are many restaurants around the beach, which is perfect if you're feeling hungry.
So, if you want to see the best sightseeing of Busan as well as enjoy swimming, visit Haeundae Beach.

Before I visit Haeundae Beach, which located in Busan, I couldn’t understand why people always say Haeundae. But Haeundae is a breathtaking destination that seamlessly combines natural beauty with vibrant city life. The beach boasts a long stretch of soft sand and clear waters, making it ideal for swimming and water sports enthusiasts. Surrounding the area, you'll find an array of restaurants and shops, offering a delightful culinary and shopping experience. On top of that, which the best view was, at night, the beach comes alive with mesmerizing fireworks displays, with the Gwangan Bridge acting as a stunning backdrop. My visit to Haeundae was a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. I swear, highly recommend it for anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway.
