worth walking around and hanging out there. History, restaurants and bars! Take a walking tour there from Sandemans Travel

Tel Aviv doesnot feel like being in the middle east, but take a walk through its old arabic quarter with its narrow streets and secret spots gets youthis feeling

I recomend to visit the Jaffa Clock Tower, the Saint Nicholas Monastery ,the Saint Peter's Church , the Archaeological Museum in Jaffa. A good idea is to join the free walking tour and enjoy your day in the old city.

Went with Tourist Israel. Only got to see Jaffa and not the other 3 locations we were supposed to visit because the tour company was so horrible. If you go, do not use Tourist Israel or Fun life. But spend at least 3 hours here....More

Must go, it is just amazing, feel the history all over, so much to learn, amazing experience. All Cristian’s, Jews, Arabs together just great.

Visit this old city close to Tel Aviv and experience a walk through the past, exceptional views, wonderful galleries, restaurants, and it is a great walk via the beach side from Tel Aviv centre all through to Jaffa.

This trip is amazing and strongly recommended. My tour guide is Stav, a charming and energetic and beautiful girl. Interesting stories along the way and pleasing atmosphere in the group ! DON'T hesitate to join the tour 🙄

I expected a little bit more based on the reviews and the image of this place. But basically it's just an old part of the city with a market, dirty streets and high prices. Nothing special, as it seemed. Some parts of Tel Aviv are...More

Wander through the alleys till you get lost😀people will help you find your way. Gorgeous views, quaint shops, market, super little coffee shops, restaurants, local cuisine, all kinds of gallery’s and tiny museums to be found , thoroughly enjoyable few hours to be spent here.

Hands down, I would recommend the Royal Beach Hotel. We found it in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. (We're New Yorkers, though, so we walk a lot.) It's close to Jaffa and the Harcamel Market (by anyone's... More

I was going to suggest the Market House too in old Jaffa looks like a very friendly relaxed but lovely hotel - right in the middle of things and fun life in Jaffa - lovely walk along the beach path into Tel Aviv.

If you keep kosher, then the only open restaurants are in the better hotels; If you do not keep kosher then there are lots of places open - in Jaffa we like 'Hazakan v'HaYam' (translates as 'Old Man and the Sea')
