We loved walking around this national park. It was so beautiful and one can just imagine what it was like thousands of years ago.

We visited the ruins of Caesarea. It had been built by Herod. You can tell it had been a beautiful place. We were on a Christian believers tour so we learned it was also where the Roman Governor, Pontius Pilate, based his seat of government....More

I have been to the Caesarea Harbor National Park. It is beautifully maintained, there are shops, restaurants, Roman ruins, a beach and has something for everyone. My husband approves of the ice cream. It is a wonderful and interesting experience.

All in one : history, archaeology and sea. Big National Park, with good explanations, near the sea. The only problem in my eyes at least is the commercial area : with restaurant, art galleries etc.
