Well recommended in a sunny warm day. This place has spatacular scenary and walking through the gardens for two hours is a very good way to spend some free time.

It is worth to visit if you are in Haifa since it's very close. Relaxing walking there: clean and quiet. No ticket is required and plenty of friendly staff (probably volunteers). One hour is enough to visit it

The Baha'i temple, shrine and its gardens are a landmark in Haifa. Clean, neat and impressive. Make sure to visit before 12 PM. Great for photo shoots

It's really gorgeous. There are I think 3 entrances for different levels of the hanging garden. Enjoy it with awe. Note though modest dressing might be required to enter the garden (depending on the staff)

The best is to read up before and then take advantage of the tour offered for a glimpse into the significance of the Shrine and location.

The inside of the shrine is very simple (limestone walls, white surfaces). It is a mausoleum and pilgrimage site. The shrine is composed of nine rooms (three doors on each side; entered via metal doors from the first two... More
