Went to this area not as easy as we thought, not easy to get public transportation except Taxi or renting a car, to go to the roof enjoying sunset is the most interesting. Unfortunately, not much choice if you need decent food.. Monday and Thursday are closed. Need to get perfect timing to enjoy the scenery.

This is the location for arrival of cruise ships. Nice atmosphere in disembarking to be greeted by a troupe of local musicians and dancers. Fast processing through immigration and customs. Many passengers took the early opportunity to browse the pop-up markets showcasing souvenirs, handicrafts, clothing, etc. Currency exchange available. Personnel available also to assist elderly passengers and those with disabilities negotiate steps. well serviced with taxis and other means of transport with priority parking and access for passengers heading to various locations on shore excursions. We enjoyed browsing the stalls in the afternoon upon our return from a tour of the city sights. Great variety of merchandise at reasonable prices depending on your bargaining skills.

There is a small food court at the top floor with good view of the strait and national bridge.

If you're taking Grab or taxi, tell them to stop outide the Customs. Every vehicle that enters have to pay customs fee, then your fare will increase unnecessarily. From the customs to the terminal is just a short walk. Likewise when you want to leave, tell them to wait before the customs.

If you are expecting something surprising then the only thing that would surprise you is there is nothing much here. It has a foodcourt that is rather pathetic. The back of the building faces the sea, and that is probably the only thing that is attractive. Other than that, there is seriously nothing much here.

Good relaxing area by the port. Free space, but not much to do since it was just an open space with very limited seatings area. You can walk around and enjoy the view, probably around 1hour top. Best to visit at night. Its far from the city centre though.

There are some stalls set up selling souvenirs where we get off the cruise ship. Washrooms are clean. However, to go to food court and shops area, we need to go through custom out if building, cross to other side of same building, take a lift to level 2 (common lift only can access up to level 2), take an elevator to level 3. It was very inconvenient for my mum who was on wheelchair. The variety of food in food court looks nice though I did not try anything. The local products are reasonable (key chain around 10,000 rupee each).

This place was placed at the north of Surabaya so it's called with NORTH QUAY. You can find this place in google maps. If you go there by motorcycle you need to pay for the parking fee. You can enter this place for FREE!. I recommend you to go to this place at the evening so you can see the sunset.
Many events was held in this place, and sometimes there are a cruise ship which stop at this harbour! Don't forget to bring your camera in this place.

I thought it would be a nice place to visit but I found that there is nothing special of this place. The food stalls are limited. It is only just a place to see the port and take some pictures. Nothing special.
