I came with my family on Sunday. The temple is quite big. This temple is the oldest temple in Malang, built on 1825.

We visit this temple to complete our journey in Malang. Its quite interesting about the Gods, and a little bit learn about the religion and the architecture.

I was amazed by the candles. I was caught there in a storm and the people were really friendly. I spent some time sharing a meal and communicating with my English and their Indonesian.

This temple is located away from the city center so I had to pay 50,000 rupiahs to my pedjak driver.

It is a small, but well-maintained Buddhist Temple with several small rooms that have different statues. At the Main Hall, the Guard asked me complete their Visitors' Log.

I was the only visitor during my visit so I took my time admiring the beautiful statues, colorful lanterns, Dragon Statue, etc. Took a lot of pictures too.

Tip: Take the ojek or shared motor cycle when visiting this attraction, I was quoted 25,000 rupiahs only instead of the 50,000 rupiahs I paid my pejak driver. Enjoy your visit!

This is a very old, well kept beautiful temple. We asked for a guide to show us around the temple, only wanted a small donation for the temple. Learning the Chinese culture and all the different Buddhist gods. At the end of your tour you can also go to the basement car parks and enjoy Chinese cuisines, best pork satay EVER!! Please do try. Very easy to get to from the centre of the town Alun Alun only 15minutes walk or get a cab for 30 thousand rupiah.
