Our pampering service are done in comfortable and relaxed setting so you felt right at home. The décor uses natural healing elements such as bamboo, water, stone, natural light and plants we use natural products and hand made skin care recipes to nourish your body, mind and spirit.

We were here as a couple from Germany last week. My girlfriend booked 1h facial treatment + 1h hair creambath. I booked the 2h Balinese Full Body Massage.

Since I go quite often to massages and physiotherapy in Germany I can say that this was one of the best massages ever! Not only did the therapist a great job and exceeded my expectations, also my girlfriend was blown away by her treatment as well.

What I liked most is that they really meet your individual needs and take time before the actual treatment to get to know your needs.

From the moment you enter Jaens Spa to the moment you leave as a guest you receive a warm welcome and professional impression throughout your whole stay.

A great start to our trip- a massage

I googled search for a spa and reached out to this spa via WhatsApp. Okta was quick to respond. I’m glad she did.
We had a couples massage 90mins.
Jeny and Seni were fantastic! My hubby fell asleep during massage. That’s a great sign.
We bought some essential from the spa too. Thank you for the great service and attention.

Up till now traditional thai massage was my favorite thing! after our first visit to Jaen's spa I have to change my mind. Balinese massage is better! ;) You immediately feel welcome and they explain everything while you are offered some delicious drink. My wife had a facial and I took the 60 minute massage. To sum that up - it was perfect and I felt rejuvenated after our sunrise hike to mount batur in the morning!

Our favorite Spa in Ubud!

We have tried several spas around Ubud. The treatments at Jaens are the best. The therapists are very professional and listen to every request with care. We choose the couples package that included welcome drinks, foot treatment, massage and scrub, followed by amazing hot bath. We left feeling very relaxed and cared for. Our favorite spa in Ubud!

Superb customer service. Enjoy the massage very much as it was handled by a well-trained therapist. We were allowed to choose which oil and scrub to try on during the session. Will definitely come back again when I'm in Ubud :)

Best service in whole Bali

I'v visited Jaens spa on 15 an 16 th of January, that were my last days in Ubud and I'm so upset that opened this place only by the end of my vacation. Here I had the best massage & spa for 3 weeks in whole Bali. Service is wonderful and delicate, space is very clean and with nice contemporary design.
If you want to really have an unforgettable massage -- highly recommend it to you, guys.

Absolutely my favorite Spa in Bali but actually in general .
The staff are so professional,polite,, friendly and so many others beautiful things.
I had my experience Last Saturday whity friend so we're really happy to sharing our experience .
There's nothing wrong, everything perfect.

I went here after hiking to Mount Batur. I felt I needed a massage after the hike. I took the holistic spa package. I came quite early and the receptionist was not there yet. But the other ladies were willing to provide information regarding the service and the options available. The lady was very informative and gave a real example of the scrub so I can sense the scent of each type of scrubs.

The place is spacious, clean, and there were some people, but not too many. Hence it was very quiet and I was able to enjoy all the process. The therapist was polite and p provided a good service.

I chose this place seems neat from the outside and the interior was not too colorful but had a calm tone. Very different from another spa in Ubud that I came across, mostly looking tiny and basic interior (yellow or brown tone).
