We had the pleasure of having Ketut.W as our tour guide and driver during our stay in Bali (UBUD Area). He was professional, friendly and very accommodating. We booked the Ubud and environs tour and had an absolutely fantastic time. Our tour guide, Agung, was the man, super knowledgable about the local customs and traditions, friends, and overall just a great guy. You can customize the tour to see what you want and skip the things you dont want - in many ways its just like renting... More

Made (pronounced "Mah Day") from BTT is an amazing tourguide. Was super punctual arriving at my hotel in the morning and patient as I was running late. Super clean and comfortable vehicle made the bumpy ride very pleasant. Most importantly Made showed me tons of local Balinese culture - a very welcome breath of fresh air from the very touristy... ..USE BALI ARI TOUR for HALF THE PRICE.. I used other tours as well because this one didn't offer half day (we had cooking class in the afternoon). BALI ARI cost around $35USD 5-6hrs, $50 USD for full day and $25 to DPS airport. Which we used to fly out. I also booked another tour guide for full day but... More

Greetings, Thank you for your feedback on the tour. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy our services. We do feel that your statement that other tours are "half the price" is very misleading. You are comparing "tours" that are only provide transportation, versus our tours, that include admission fees, as well as experienced guides that provide our... More

The past few years I have taken a group of yogis from the US to Bali for a ten day yoga retreat. We also add several day trips so they can learn about the Balinese culture. We discovered BTT last year (2016) when we were looking to fill time for the leaders before the retreat started. It was the BEST... More

Yande was the perfect guide of our day-long tour of traditional Bali. If you want to see and understand the Balinese culture, Yande is your guy. He took us to 1) a village market where he explained the exotic fruit we were seeing, 2) a Hindu shrine and explained the complexities of the religion, 3) his own Balinese home where... More

I planned this trip with very little time in Bali and did not have a problem setting me up. Communication was on point. Komang picked me up in Seminyak and we toured Ubud, volcano, his home and two temples. It was so incredilbe. Komang is an awesome person and you feel like you are hanging out with a friend. His... From the moment this tour began we were completely at ease and had a wonderful time. Ketut Ajus was full of beans and made the whole day a unique experience. He urged us to try fruit in the traditional market which was yummy. We went to the rice fields, temples and a local house. We also did a second day... More

We took the Kintamani full-day tour, and felt like we were able to see a huge chunk of Bali! Gusti was a fantastic tour guide - he explained Balinese culture, religion, and ways of life in an extremely understandable way, constantly telling local stories and showing us amazing things. The market & coffee plantation were both huge highlights.

Hi all, we booked last minute for a next day tour, expecting to be knocked back, but from the word go, nothing was too much for these guys. We emailed around 5.30 and by 6pm it was all sorted. We were met at our Ubud Hotel next morning by a beaming and cheerful Ketut and we were off on the... More
