Got the 8.30am fast boat across to Nusa Penida. The ticket area is a little chaotic but once your have the ticket and enter the modern terminal going to the boat is easy to navigate. I had heard the crossing from Sanur to the island could be a bit choppy but as luck would have it ours was a smooth and fast crossing. A little bumpy on the way back but I enjoyed that it made the crossing a bit more exciting. A had a good experience, the staff where helpful, the boat was clean, seating for all on board and no one suffered any sea sickness. The return boat was running around 45 minutes late and there is no shade in the harbour where you have to wait so bear that in mind if you have children with you, it is really really hot by the jetty.

We booked through Nusa Penida Fast boat ticket as it had good reviews, but they booked us with Sambucu Hills which had terrible reviews. They charged 50% extra per ticket...so are just scammed!. We paid extra by buying beers to sit upstairs which was less cramped, stuffy and you didn't get wet like downstairs. Would recommend buy ticket direct not off online scammers

Morning boat left 40 mins late. Wasn’t in a rush so didn’t mind that much, but still. Afternoon boat home was a horrible experience. Huge crowd had to wait on the beach for a single small boat to ferry us to the large boat. There was a lot of pushing a shoving every time the boat came back for another load. Very stressful. We had kids so that was tough. Not sure how any senior citizens would have fared.
The boats themselves were dangerously overloaded and listing slightly. Ours hit a rock on the way and you could see the driver dart round to check we weren’t taking on water. Had we done so it would have been a genuine disaster as lots of people would have tipped very suddenly into the water. The safety standards are way below where they should be and it’s likely there will be a nasty accident soon.
Once on the boat we had to wait another hour for it to leave. The 4.30 boat finally left at 5.40. It was dangerously overloaded. It didn’t look like there were enough life vests. The whole thing needs an urgent overhaul.
The island itself isn’t that great. Lots of queuing for photos. Definitely not worth the pain of getting there and back

We send them message through whatsApp, the customer service is really great, we supposed to book a boat ticket to Nusa Penida but finally we booked a full package with them, in the morning the driver pick us up at Legian and brought us to Sanur Port. He is already arrange everything so we only need to board on the boat. The Sanur Port is new. Arriving in Nusa Penida the driver was waiting for us, we visited Diamond Beach, Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach & Angel's Billabong, lunch was good too. The driver was really helpful and really concern with our safety. Highly recommended!

One of the worst experiences in my life. I would not recommend at all, especially for elderly. We had to board from the shorelines of both sides and one was covered with sharp rocks and a steep incline and decline which were required to traverse in order to access the boat. Then you have to wade through knee deep water which occasionally splashes further and can get your pockets wet. Upon arrival we had to disembark again on the shore with the same method, seeming like they had no regards for our safety. Departure from the island was worse. We had to wade approximately 40 metres through knee deep water and the floor of the ocean was covered in sharp rocks and coral, posing a hazardous challenge to those who had decided it would be a good idea to travel with this company. Again, elderly were provided with little support. Not only that but on the departing boat from Nusa Penida there was a complete absence of life jackets and had we suffered an accident such as hitting a rock or log in the water, it would have put everyone present in danger. The trip to Nusa Penida, in my opinion, is not worth the hassle and safety hazards because most of your time there is spent in a car or in queues to see a relatively picturesque view, take pictures, then leave to go to the next beach-facing cliff side. I would strongly recommend not to travel with this company to get to Nusa Penida.

We booked a full package with them (fast boat ticket to Nusa Penida & return including land tour) they picked us up at Nusa Dua, we supposed to go there at 07.30 but we could not reach due to we were late, so they moved us the boat at 08.00, the sanur port is new and comfortable. We arrived at Nusa Penida approx. at 08.45 and the driver was waiting for us and ready to take to the best spots. First we visited Diamond Beach and went to the beach, the driver told us if we go down we should have a fit conditions and it's really true, make sure you have good condition because it's really hard to go back and finally i got leg cramps when we climbed back, but the driver is really helpful and try his best to carry us, we were really impressed with his effort to help us. After visiting Diamond Beach we took lunch at local restaurant and it was good too.
Next we visited Kelingking Beach, our dream actually wanted to go down to this beach due to our leg got cramped so we only see it on top.
Last we supposed to visit Broken Beach & Angel Billabong, but we skiped it and we went to Crystal Bay Beach and swimming here.
In the afternoon we back to Nusa Penida Port and heading back to Sanur Bali by fast boat, we got Sanur and the driver was waiting for us and ready to bring us back to hotel.
Overall all good, the driver in Nusa Penida, fast boat, the driver in Bali.
Highly recommended.

Booking fast boat Sanur to Nusa Penida through their website, quick response and good price.
They also offer pick up and drop off service from our hotel in Seminyak. The port is new and it's really nice. Highly recommended!

We booked tickets to Nusa Penida and back and paid for both rides. Getting there was quick and easy. Coming back they said our tickets were no longer valid (we had the correct date and time). And they made us buy the tickets AGAIN to get back.

Please avoid Semabu fast boat !! Luggage’s stolen
We lost our luggage with them when transiting from sanur to penida. It’s all a game they play in the system with police well aware of their activities. They mostly target Indians and people from Asian countries . It took us two days to get the cctv footage and it is well captured in it the Semabu crew member dropped our luggage in the counter and there is no videos from the boat to prove if the luggage got in to boat . We filled complaint at sanur police station and at pendia station but in vain . Everyone is part of it and the first thing they discuss is where the tourists are from and if Indians they are least helpful or bothered .
Please avoid going to any nearby islands , it is filled with thefts and robbers , snatching phones , luggage’s and there is nothing worthwhile to watch in these islands . The island is filled with lunatic jerks with no one able to speak English or even try to be helpful . The most uncivilised people I have seen so far .
If you still plan on going please use Maruthi speed boat , their service is good and they respond to queries and concerns .
