We were picked up by Wayan, who delighted in showing us his garden, before we began the class. The processes were easy to pick up, and Geday even incorporated our 3year old member of the group. The dishes were simple but truly delicious, and makes for a great way to spend a morning and then have lunch. Heartily recommend!!

Wonderful experience. Easy to organize via email. Umcomplicated pick up even though they had never picked up from our accommodation before and it is quite out of the way. Lots of smiles. We were a group of 3 friends and a3 yr old. This is run by a family and they were very accommodating. We were not rushed, could ask... More

We were nicely picked up by the driver of this establishment. We were brought to a table outside and we're giving a sheet with some recipes. The thing we didn't really like from this class was that there was no real teaching or any introduction to the Balinese kitchen. We were handed over the sheets, that's it. And started chopping... I was picked up from my villa by Wayan who gave me a warm welcome, gave me the recipe we would cook and talked through what we were going to do. On arrival at the house where the class is held I was introduced to the chef, served coffee and settled in for a relaxed chat. Wayan showed us the... More

Today we attended the Adjani Bali cooking class. We learned 5 dishes. It started with a little lesson in Indonesian cooking language and a tour through the herb garden by Wayan. Then Gydy took us under his wings and showed us how to make the dishes. In the end we tried to eat it all but it was to much.... More

Wayans cooking class started when he picked us up in our hotel. His house is not fare away and we were there in 5 minutes. Wayan introduces us to his garden where a lot of herbs and plants grows that are needed in the kitchen. After introducing us to his chef we went on with the class, cooking 6 dishes... More

They are so friendly at this cooking class and its clear to see that they enjoy what they are doing. They changes the menu if there is something you don't eat or like, for example we had pork instead of fish. You feel very countable at this place and the cook shows exactly what you have to do. And it's... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Adjanibali Cooking Class where we learnt how to cook non-vegetarian Indonesian dishes. We definitely struggled to move after having eaten all of the delicious food! We particularly enjoyed both the tuna and chicken satay.
