Have been to this spa a few times over 8 years, nothing is upgraded or maintained.
Couches don't have a sheet put on them, floors and walls very in need of a refurbish. Grout cracked and missing in the floor tiles, aircon vents very dirty, windows and walls dirty.
Not at all inviting or relaxing.
Wouldn't recommend or go back until complete upgrade done.
Assistant uses old fashion equipment and not very well trained. Much prefer Febris Spa for an amazing experience.

Booked and pre-paid for a 'pre-departure' package for around USD150 to kill some time before catching my late night flight back to Japan.
The package included a 3 hour spa(1hr massage,1 hr body scrub and 1 hr head spa),free use of pool facilities in Ramada Bintang Hotel(up to 4.5 hrs excluding spa time),set dinner and airport transfer.
The pick up came pretty much on time.Upon arrival at the lobby,I was greeted by a spa staff who led me to the spa building which was located adjacent to the pool and BY THE SEA.
The check in at the spa was very smooth. However I was shocked when told that my session would start right away.Wait a second! This was suppose to be a pre-departure package.Don't you think that putting the spa session after some pool/beach activities and before dinner would be more appropriate?I tried to negotiate for that but to no avail as all their therapists had been fully booked for later sessions.
Prior to this, I have tried several spa/massage of different grades in Bali, from street massage(USD7) to the Heavenly Spa at Westin(USD100).I have to say that this one was worth around USD50.The body scrub was so so.I have to admit that body scrub has never been my cup of tea.It was just part of the package.
Last in the package was the head spa.I don't usually sign up for head spa(I am more of a body massage person) but this one was pretty impressive. The strokes down the neck definitely helped with my lymphatic drainage.
After the spa session I still had more than 3hours before dinner.Took a short nap on the beach, stretched out in the pool and enjoyed sunset from the whirlpool. After sunset, went back to the spa to take a quick shower before dinner.
The set dinner was a disappointment. Can easily get better food for less than USD20 outside the hotel.
Looking on the bright side, apart from the poor common sense in the arrangement of the package, all the staff were very pleasant and the therapists were also skillful.Furthermore although I was running a little late enjoying a few 'Bintangs' after dinner, they never came to rush me to the airport.
In summary,it would have been a great 'pre-departure package' if they had arranged the schedule the other way round.
Would still recommend this package to those who prefer to relax and chill out rather than going for last minute shopping before departure. But remember to specify when you would like to have your spa session at booking.

Очень понравилось время, проведённое в этом спа! Брали 3 - часовую процедуру (массаж, пилинг, обёртывание, молочная ванна) получили море удовольствия и полный релакс! Чисто, уютно, красиво!
We have a really great experience spending time in Theta spa! 3 hours of pleasure: massage, piling, wrapping and milk bath! Amazing! Everything was very cosy, clean and friendly!

It wasn't a good experiance. We had a 90 minutes massage and 30 minutes bath. The massage started at 7 pm and with the bath we were ready at 8:30 pm! So it was never 90 minutes massage! When we complained they told us that we started earlier... it's a shame!
The massage was only ok... nothing more and nothing less, but never 4 starts Spa. The lady which gave a massage to my husband had a ring on her finger so u can imagine how nice it was... anyway to prepare a bath she was going out a couple of times and in the room was laud. We heard the music and voices from outside.

Went there with a group of friends. Loved the three hours treatment. Highly recommended. A bit pricey but do look up for offers.

I had 90 minutes island inspired massage. I got a discount price from a website. I thought because of this discount price they wont give me their best. But i was wrong. Its was just so relaxing that i did fall asleep not even half of the massage time!
The therapist did ask if the pressure is enough, and she knows what shes doing as i woke up feel very fresh and relaxed.
I would definitely recommend this spa to my friends!

Had a 120 min massage with coconut paste. (Un)fortunately, you don't see what they are doing as your eyes are covered by cucumber slices. Certainly to be enjoyed.

This spa is in the grounds of Ramada Bintang. It is probably the best spa I have ever visited, the foot massage is to die for and they make the most wonderful homemade hot ginger tea. Will go there evertime I visit Bali.

We took a 3 hours length massage and spa procedures with banana leafs and body scrub and many others. This was an extraordinary experience, feels like flying to the moon and back, leaving your body on Earth in a very zen environment. The 3 hours session ends with in a huge bathtub, filled with water, milk and rose petals, offering the best view towards the ocean. We started the procedures at 4 o'clock, ending at 7 o'clock with a beautiful sunset meeting the ocean on the skyline
