Excellent selection of seafood from Bali. Amazing variety. Be prepared it is a working fish market in Indonesia. Smells and flies add to the charm😜😝.

A great fresh seafood experience. Walk through the seafood market, buy your fish, lobster prawns calamari, very cheap prices. They even gut clean and scale your fish ready to charcoal grill. Take your seafood next door to Warung Garlic, they will grill and serve your fresh fish for 20k Idr ($2.00 AUD) per kg.
Cold drinks and rice if you want it.

All the wonderful fishy chaos you crave for an adventure. Negotiate prices then have a local stall or restaurant cook your fish and serve it to you! Don’t be the tourist just taking pics of the fish.

It's a fish market, so of course the smell isn't going to be lovely, but if you can get over that, it's a great authentic experience to see all the local hauls coming in. We enjoyed the visit and thought it was worth the small amount of time it took to explore it.

Go EARLY! This market is a must do while in Bali. Pick out your fresh lobster, fish and then take them to a local restaurant and they will grill it up for you! It was delicious.

An interesting place to visit. You’ll see many vendors set up outside selling a variety of seafoods. Go not the big buildings to see vendors with larger selections and more variety. These seem to be stored in a better way-over ice and much fresher.
I think the “thing” to do here is pick out the seafood you want and carry it out to one of the booths to have them cook it for you. We didn’t know and weren’t prepared for this. Wish we had known!

Seafood was so fresh. They always had a fresh catch and the little restaurants definitely do justice to them. Definitely going back to try it again. Enak banget

Suggesting to take the taste of grilled fish over there. Restaurant at beach side and grilled fish. Really will give anyone a good experience. Also the night view is really good. If anyone think to visit, advise to go there at evening.

Living it up on the beach in jimbaran

Was amazing! 6 lobsters,1.6 kg of King prawns and a red snapper for 600,000. The tip is get your driver and as my partner is from Bali get the fish. They get local prices. I stayed in the car. Then we went to a restaurant and they cooked it any way you want for 400,000 with sides and drinks.

Fish market and sea food restaurant all in 1

Jimbaran was a great and super "cheap" experience.
It only took us 20' by car from Kuta beach to reach Jimbaran fish market. The market itself is a standard indonesian fish market so do not expect any fancy booths but it offers a huge choice of all kinds of fish and sea food. However the coolest thing about Jimbaran fish market is that just close to it you have the possibility to get your stuff cooked or grilled for a very fair price of 20 000 Rp/Kg.
Rice will also be served with garlic or spicy sauce Sambal. We had 1Kg of fresh shrimps ready to eat within 10'. Next time we will also choose our "grill operator" for a better view on the beach and traditional fishing boats ...
