This is one of the biggest water parks in Asia and a very well maintained one at that. We reserved almost 6-8 hours of a day for exploring this attraction and kids had a great time!

Beware, first time tourists, please buy tickets at the park only. A lotto taxi drivers will stop on the way to the park and persuade you to buy tickets from intermediaries. Avoid at all costs.

The water park itself is great fun with rides for all age groups. The rides have adequate safety precautions and are very well maintained. It can be a fun filled family outing at this place.

We decided to spend the day in this amazing water park with lots of water attractions and swimming pool areas. You can get a locker (2 sizes are available) and you can also take a shower after you finish your day.
They have a great organization as no money is allowed and you have a wrist band where you can charge money and later you can have it back if you don't spend it all.
The amusement park is not very big but you have around ten different attractions to enjoy.
Remember yo can't bring any metalic thing in your swimsuit! Otherwise you won't be allowed to enjoy some water activities.

There is also a great variety of restaurants where you can enjoy your meal.

Great place to spend a day and if you have children it would be amazing for them.

tickets a bit expensive to swim in a dirty pool and I see a lot of plastic and grass also swim in the water !
not like swimming in a water park, but like swimming in a river where the water is very dirty and makes the skin itchy..
please be respectful for the cleanliness!!!

My husband and I went during our stay on the 9th of September, I had pre-purchased our tickets and a cabana on line before going based on other traveler's reviews. This was what I thought was the most difficult part. The website seems to be easy, however when your tickets are emailed to you they do not state the date your reserved. The site is very adamant that your tickets are only good on the day you reserve and it appeared that the date I entered wasn't' the date reserved, however a an email to the company and all was good. This would be easily remedied if the date of your tickets was printed on the actual ticket.
There were not a lot of people in the park that day and the weather was perfect. We arrived around 11 am and waited a very short time to check in. Things were a little unclear about the cabanas and the lockers, etc but it was quickly remedied. While in line for the lockers I have a huge problems with people shoving and cutting, but as I said it was a pretty slow day at the park and I just put on my patience pants; and again this isn't the park's fault.
We clearly did not need a reservation for the cabanas as there were many available. The do bring your food to the cabana, you go to the place you want to order and order for your cabana and they will deliver when it is ready. This process wasn't explained but was easily figured out with a few simple questions.
The park was fun. This was my first experience at a waterpark, some of the "rides" were extremely exhilarating and bit scary. Wait times were either extremely reasonable or non existent at all.
The cash free bands made it easy to food and beverages and you can always reload your band with cash or card if needed; what you don't use you get back in cash when you leave so its pretty low risk to fill'er up.
The beverages were not so great, fairly tasteless concoctions of sugar with a little alcohols, if you can I'd stick to beer. For me I am GF and vegetarian ( so no beer for me) I did find there were food items I could eat and even a little almond cake with coffee; trust me for my dietary restrictions that was EXCITING.
All in all I would really recommend this places for anyone. We had an awesome time.

Tips: bring a waterproof camera; or waterproof camera bag. Bring soft water shoes if possible. Don't forget that your swim attire can not have zippers or anything that can snag. They will make you turn it in side out if it does. Also tip is to just wear swim attire, not cotton or athletic wear. I had running shorts over my swim bottoms, and this caused me to slow down dramatically, like to a stop in some of the slides which completely eliminates the fun.

I was there with my wife on 17th of September 2018, in a monday, before lunch. The parking lot was almost empty, but we continued to the entrance. There are two different prices for locals and tourists. 56k IDR for locals and almost 90k for tourists. The staff couldn't answer if that price includes everything because their english was poor, but after they saw that we don't agree with higher price for tourist they accepted to pay the fee for locals. After that, we paid another 10k for locker and for tube we should have paid another 10k. There are no chairs, only some wooden beds with roofs, which cost another 50k to rent. They have only two slides and one is only for tubes. I tried one of the slides and at one moment I stopped completely. Anyway, we were totally 8 persons in the entire waterpark. We left the place after half hour because the place was wierd and not clean enough. No music, no chairs, no other people, nothing to make us to stay more. Just take a look to the pictures. It looks colourfull from some distance, but looking closer you will see that is not a nice place.

Waterboom is one of the key attractions at Bali, if you are a water park lover then this is surely THE place to go. We opted for total package that included locker cost, towels, food coupen (one beverage & main course each), digital pictures and body massage. There are close to 16 activities including extreme water rides, lazy river, bungy jumping and water blaster. Depending on the customized total package chosen one can enjoy the activities. Waterboom also offers good choices for food and drinks. There are traditional lazy pools to sit and relax after all the fun and frolick. After enjoying Waterboom, one can indulge further and take a gourmey safari in and around the location. Badung is also an ideal place to shop for local attractions like fragrances, incense sticks, customised chocolates, wooden decor items, Indonesian batik dresses etc.
