About
Bali Pulina is a coffee plantation, where we can learn how to make the most unique coffee of the world. we can also see other different types of plant and trees like cocoa , coffee, coconut, and also rice terrace paddy as the view that we enjoy during drinking the coffee. Rather that it, we could also play the game as Giant Swing tree, Zip line, and swimming pool right in the middle of jungle. we also available the photo spot for you who like to take you selfie picture.

- Bond, VagaBond105 contributionsThe Best attraction and it barely know even by localsIt beats all the expensive, overcrowded, over rated sites. Money and time well spent. Speaking of... the entrance ticket also includes two items from the restaurant which can be ice cream, baked banana, cooked banana (they are not the supermarket variety), special cafés, teas, etc. I am not into coffee or agriculture but this place just blow my mind. We had a very informative guide (no extra cost) who explained everything very well showed how all the tropical products are grown and harvested: Vanilla, Coco, caffe beans, cinnamon, black and white pepper, pine apple, variety of rice, durian, etc. Did you know that vanilla is an orchid and pepper is like pea? You can roast your own coffee. Or taste the coffee berry. It is any eye opener, tranquil space to chill and learn and taste and smell and scratch the bark of a cinnamon tree.Visited August 2022Written 18 December 2022
- Wanderer201222Ubud, Indonesia13 contributionsRecommended activity if you’re in Ubud!First time here at Bali Pulina. We took the regular package for the tour, tour was a little shorter than expected but the guide that took us was patient and knowledgeable. The coconut ice cream was fantastic and we ordered a coffee and tea set to try different flavours. Interesting, insightful! They are very responsive over WhatsApp , so make your booking there!Visited December 2022Travelled with familyWritten 19 December 2022
- 543hannuk11 contributionsThe tour was a mild dissapointmentWe booked the premium package in advance. When we got there, I mentioned that we have a booking. We were passed on to another person and then we were taken for the basic tour, which was not so great. The guide just pointed to the plants and equipment without a deeper explanation. We would have liked to know a bit more. Why have a booking system if its for nothing? Other than that, the area is nice and coffee and ice cream were excellent.Visited June 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 13 June 2023
- B QBirmingham, United Kingdom44 contributionsHighly recommendWe visited the coffee plantation yesterday and had a lovely guide who explained the whole process of preparing the coffee beans. The whole site is beautiful and there are lots of other tropical fruits and spices to see. There is a cafe at the end where you can sample their produce. My coffee was a little too bitter for me but I understand that my family members ice cream was delicious. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend.Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 2 August 2023

Definitely modernised and a free walk through tour and tastings. Buy stuff without getting hassled and the coffee was delicious. Sensational views as well. - MerryheartSingapore, Singapore903 contributionsCafe in the coffee plantationThis is a Bali Coffee place that introduces the traditional process of coffee & cocoa. After walking through the garden with coffee & cocoa plants, we reached a nice cafe which served coffee & some light snacks.,The staff were friendly & polite. However, we didn’t find anything special in the coffee. The coffee samplers were a bit diluted and the unfiltered sediments made up about a third of the cup & the coffee Luwak tasted average.Visited November 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 11 November 2023

I do not recommend.
The animals are kept in tiny cages with no shade to sleep, or tied with a short rope around the neck and forced to lay on a small piece of wood (too small for its entire body)
Please be responsible of your actions and do not contribute to animal abuse.
I did not buy anything and the guide was pretty mad at me.

I reviewed a lot of similar plantations. I liked that they do not impose anything, if you want, you can buy it yourself. and so everything is normal: a tour of the house), tasting.

This is NOT a coffee plantation!!!
They keep 2 luwaks in a cage and have a small garden with different spices like cacao, vanilla, peber etc. They showcase approx 10 small coffee plants and explain/demonstrate the coffee making process. Friendly staff though! The “tour” took 10 minutes and then you are led to the cafe.
We decided to try the tasting menu. Completely overrated. Basically Pulina is just a cafe that serves coffee with a great view!
Bonus - you don’t pay for your coffee in the cafe… but in the gift shop.

Beautiful place to see plants and tasting teas and coffee. It is very important to recognize those plants Iwas so excited. The only thing is the animal was in a very small cage that was very upsetting. İn a beautiful nature to see him there was so sad . Especially he has to be the main guy. He is the popular one but in a small cage .. that was sad

Is there free entrance fee for foreigner travellers??

Yes, the entrance is free. I have no idea, why there are few people saying it is 100.000 Rp as it is not true. Maybe they were ripped of by someone non-officially... If you go directly to the place, they will also tell you the entrancce is free and let you in...

You will definitely need a driver to reach the area. And I was shown the grounds by the workers there. After that tour, you can sit in the cafe and try the coffees and teas. Great experience.
