In the daytime it is a minibus station but at nights the Kereneng station becomes a live night market with fruit vendors, food stalls, clothes sellers, perfume, watches sellers. Similar to your day market the Pasar Kereneng & Asoka is essentially the night version of it. Not much different except maybe busier. Try and get there before say 10pm. Hard to get transport out of this area so get your driver to wait or prebook a taxi or something.
