Had the pleasure of travelling to Nusa Lembongan on board the Aristocrat catamaran. What a lovely experience taking a more leisurely route to the island instead of the noisy and smelly fast boat services.
Going over was ok, as the winds didn't favour us we had minimal sailing and chugged over mostly under power, but coming home to Bali was a revelation. Good winds and good periods of sailing made for a spectacular evening sail back into the Bali sunset.
The deck space is roomy and comfortable with plenty of opportunity to social distance. The service on board by all staff was excellent and the fruit service and sandwich service was very nice too. Bar on board for alcohol purchases if desired and an a/c cabin below if that is preferred.
Well done Bali Hai and Aristocat and all that sail her!

Hands up, this is the best beach cruise and snorkel tour we have ever done.
Bali Hai is very professional, touch of service and attention to details.
We have done similar trips around the world and this is by far the best experience.
Crew very friendly and service oriented.
Clean facilities,
Tasty lunch, both visually appealing and tasty.
Attention to details is high, thick towels to all participants, coffee/tea/water available. Pastry in the morning. Just the small things that set the standard.
Car service (pick up and return) in clean car.
Asri and CD on the vessel delivered 11 out of 10.
Pontune for snorkelling/diving/waterslide/banana boat was great. Lockers and change areas free of use.
Will absolutely use them again and recommend them. We will be back and spending a night or two by them on the island.

What can I say, a fabulous day from start to finish and worth every penny. My dad is blind and all staff went the extra mile to help him today.
The boat was well equipped and spotless, crew helpful and did a full safety brief often not seen. The pontoon was fab, loads of fun to be had then the beach was stunning and food delicious. A day to remember, thank you.

We booked an 8 hr day cruise with the family, and honestly it was a rough day. We wanted something shorter but it wasn’t available.
We spent most of the day on a boat travelling to and from the snorkelling area. 1.5 hrs too and from which we didn’t expect. This was difficult as we had a few people in our party that were easily sea sick. It wasn’t disclosed to us that we’d spend this much time travelling.
When we got to the snorkelling area, it was on a wooden landing with a small slide, a banana boat ride and a space to snorkel. We snorkelled as a family and there weren’t many fish at all, the staff had to throw bread in the water to attract a few but overall there weren’t a lot of them. We were on this landing for two hours, and there truly wasn’t enough activities on this landing to validate being there for two hours. At this stage we had been on the tour for four or so hours and hadn’t had any food.
We were then transferred to the Bali Hai resort which was very nice, and were given a fair lunch. It personally wasn’t my favourite but we were just glad to be eating. They then wanted us to lay around on beach chairs, which made us unhappy as it had been a long day and we were ready to go home.
They then offered to take us on a little seaweed village tour, and considering we still had hours until they were taking us back home, we thought we’d fill in some time.
They took us to some dilapidated building with a few individuals sitting under a shelter with some seaweed piles. In all honesty there wasn’t much to look at and it felt like they brought us out just to spend money at a few local stores.
We were grateful to go back to the hotel, we were exhausted and felt generally unwell, it was a very long day and honestly could’ve been cut in half.

We had such an amazing time on the sunset cruise. The views were so beautiful, the weather was fantastic, and the staff created a lovely ambience by playing music and serving drinks and canapes while we watched the sun set.
The buffet dinner provided was also very delicious, with very clean facilities, and the live band taking requests were really talented. We also really enjoyed the cabaret dance show afterwards, all the dancers were so entertaining, and we loved that we got the chance to join in and dance as well at the end!

I had the most incredible experience on a dinner cruise in Bali. From start to finish, it was simply amazing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The food served was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, a true culinary delight. The ambiance and vibes on the cruise were perfect, creating a memorable and romantic atmosphere. I can't recommend this dinner cruise enough - it's an absolute must for anyone visiting Bali!

I went on the Bali Hai II cruise on 20th November 2024 with my partner. Firstly watched the sunset which was beautiful! The crew regularly offered to take photos of us which was really thoughtful. Dinner was delicious and just enough as well as dessert. We were treated to live music first and even had a surprise song dedicated to my partner and I to celebrate our engagement. There were several other people being celebrated on the cruise which was special to see. The Cabaret show was great and wonderful to see the dancers having the best time too! I loved that the crew got everyone up for a dance or you could just relax to the side as well. My partner and I are super happy that this is how we spent our evening!

Tremendous fun! We went to cap off our holiday in Bali and we're not disappointed in the slightest. From the food and drinks to the myriad of entertainment everything was perfect. Great value for money, would recommend for anyone looking for an evening that's equal parts exciting and romantic.

This was an above expectation dinner cruise. All of the staff from the driver who picked us up and dropped us off to Cruise Director Sumí to the band went above and beyond.
The food was also above what I was expecting from a buffet. There wasn’t a 100 items, but 8 very tasty/fresh items along with a few salads. Even the desserts were limited choice but were good. I think that more of these types of excursions should take this model, do what you’re good at and do it well.
Final note, the band rocked it with lots of hits, including Country Roads for the finale.

The dinner cruise is really well organized, the staff is very welcoming, smiling and attentive. The crossing is a little short in distance but the 3 hours pass very quickly. The dinner was very good, the show and entertainment after, very entertaining. I recommend if you go through Denpasar in Bali

I asked a question before regarding us staying in Cenigan and want transfers. What I meant was do you do one way transfers from Benoa to Lembongan, and one way transfers from Lembongan back to Sanur. Does this also include transfer from the boat to the yellow bridge? How much please.

I am vegetarian. There were salads,breads etc. Enough for lunch for me.A lot of people wernt eating much as it was a bit choppy.We did get a bit green on the return trip, but they came around with sea sickpills which did the trick.
