Jaldapara is famous for rhinos and watching them from the back of the elephant is AWESOME!!!! It's the main attraction of Jaldapara NP. But be quick while booking for the elephant safari. Best attraction is single horn rhinoceros. Morning elephant safari for 1 hr is very interesting. Also jeep safari at afternoon also available.

It was a wildlife sanctuary and now converted to a national park. The second biggest habitat for one horn Asiatic Rhino the major attractions. Luckily seen a rhino, besides one can see peacock, ride elephants or have an car safari. Short ride but it's all about luck to see more wild animals

Hello friends I have visited 2nd time in Dooars in 2013 March. Stayed in Rhino Inn. 1st go to Madarihaat, train to Birpara Stn. Then cab. Stay in Madarihaat, book online at Jaldapara tourist Lodge or Holong Bungalow ( Forest Dept.) If possible, rare bcoz only 8rooms there, 2 are reserved always for VIPs. It is a National Park in Dooars and is under Alipur duar district in west bengal. Very nice with pure atmosphere of t garden very healthy for patient to improve health condition.good to see greenery n pure air for breathing its natural pure air.My parents liked this very much.
