Lovely museum - a must see in Mussoorie
This family run museum to Himalayan history, culture and art is beautifully done, colourful and interesting. Dr Shukla was an excellent guide, bringing life to all the exhibits and artworks (including her own beautiful pieces) while answering all my questions with patience and skill. This should definitely be on your Mussoorie must do list.
Much appreciated. Thank you so much for your words.

One of the best places in Mussoorie, a Must-Visit
Beautiful and Amazing place, a must visit in Mussoorie. Absolutely underrated spot, hardly known by people but a great source of information. In short, it's not just a museum, it's a school of information. All thanks to the Phungsuk Wangdu (Mr Shukla) of Uttarakhand & his Wife for creating this vast ocean of knowledge and guiding us through it. We'll make sure to visit it everytime we go to Mussoorie.
Thank you so much. These words mean a lot. You are more than welcome to visit anytime. And do recommend it to your friends and fellowmates too.

    Captivating experience
A hidden gem in Mussoorie, though not widely known,it is a captivating art gallery showcasing the rich culture of Uttarakhand and the Himalayan region. Managed by a passionate couple devoted to preserving local art, it features stunning paintings, sculptures, rare photographs, and more. Despite its somewhat elusive location, the warm and humble host provides a detailed tour, making it a must-visit for anyone interested in Himalayan art and culture. The founders' artisan touch creates a uniquely warm and artsy atmosphere, making it one of the most lovingly curated collections of local heritage I've ever encountered.
Extremely happy to get such reviews from our visitors. Thanks a lot for your words.

    Must Visit Place
It’s a private museum run by a lovely couple, they extended a warm and gracious welcome, making me feel genuinely embraced and appreciated. It’s a must visit place in Mussoorie where you will experience clam atmosphere beholding mesmerizing mountain view. Soham Museum Art Gallery is fully loaded with culture, heritage and tradition of mountain region very well showcases through expressive paintings, lively sculptures, ancient treasures, wide collection of coins and stones. Best part is the way each and every details were explained with an epic thoroughness, leaving no room for ambiguity. At the end you will leave the place with enlightened knowledge and with a feel which brings you closer towards your culture and tradition.
Thank you so much. Such reviews are our assets and will surely help our future visitors too. Do visit us again soon.

    Soham is so Himalayan
A calm gem hidden in Himalayan wilderness. A warm host & warmer welcome in cold Himalayan morning is like silver lining of one's tour. Apart from the hosts of the place, this place hosts variety of artifacts, paintings, manuscripts from periods way before us & gives us a chance to cherish, relive our past. In between these treasures of past are witty yet deep quotes written on the walls all along the museum and handcrafted articles showcasing witty ,deep & artistic side of the curator. The temple bell sound is most soul touching vibration I ever felt. To sum up its a young place located in the youngest of Himalayas, synergizing the past of Himalayas to meet the present of Himalayas to be showcased to the future of Himalayas.

Existential frequency of being and becoming
Creative go of life as the core of essence of existence lies on being and becoming which has been realised as a reality in the moment of presence as well as noble touch of Mrs. and Mr. Sameer Shukla. Never-ending thanks and gratitude a lot. "Live and let live" will be resonated with the ongoing vision and mission of my life as the basic tune which is going on to be reincarnated with the help of blessings of Mrs. and Mr. Sameer Shukla.

    Offbeat location in mussoorie
One of the best offbeat locations near Mussoorie is this place. The owner was very welcoming. They have collected a lot of ancient scriptures, ornaments, currencies and much more. The owner herself with her husband have created hand made paintings which are marvellous. This place should be in your mussoorie itenary. Couldn’t take a lot of photos because its not allowed but its worth it.
Thank you so much. Such reviews mean a lot.
